I spent 4 nights at this supposedly a 3 star hotel. My travel agent set this all pre-paid pakage. Unfortunately Hotel Malek is a very run down, old, smelly place with no working air conditioning, they have installed a shower head between the toilet and the sink with no walls or partition !!! The mattress is as hard as the floor, and even light fixtures did not work. Thier WIFI only works in the lobby, and even that didn't work during my last day because the premium for internet subscription was not paid!!! This hotel does not deserve ANY stars, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

One of old hotels in Isfahan. The staff are so rude and have not got any training in hospitality management. The management is worse than the staff. They are only there to satisfy their need to be seen and not to serve the guests.

Terrible hotel, Some one stole 100 $ from us and when I told the reception I found out another person lost 200 and they didnā€™t accept anything, the wifi only works in lobby and at the end they wanted to give extra money for towels šŸ˜Æ I never come back there.

It's a tiny hotel and it's tidy, but don't expect much from it. The breakfast was terrible, there was literally nothing there except for some bread and cheese and some tea, you had to ask for fried eggs if you wanted something other than that, and they charged you if they found a stain on the towels or the sheets! We went out and came back at 2 am and they had locked the place up!!! There was no one there to open the door and we had to knock and yell and call the hotel repeatedly until someone showed up and opened the door! I don't recommend this hotel.

The night porter was funny. I can't speak Persian and he couldn't speak English, but he insisted to walk me to my room anyway. He opened the door of my room, showed his hand and said "money". I couldn't believe what I'm hearing. He didn't do literally anything, he didn't even carry my backpack, and he still asked for a tip :-D The room was tiny and it was hot even with the AC turned on.

Nice place, welcoming and helpful staff, good breakfast. Unfortunately, there were bad bugs in my room. Staff was very sorry and got a new room for the other nights.
