If I want to be honest, it’s a beautiful building but you will find it with the low quality services... such as laundry, breakfast and poor reception.. they really need some one to manage everything at the same time..I mean the clean rooms and beautiful spaces are not enough for a hotel..

Lovely lobby, wonderful artworks, but don't expect high servicing!, you cant turn off the lights above your bed! Unless you pickup you room card from its holder next to door! I also smelled stench smell from bath that made me leave the room! Location and staff is good enough to choose this hotel as a mid range place.

Room is filthy and stinky, clearly in need of a cleaner. One window to nowhere making the room dark. From outside the hotel looks great and the main hall misjudge you in booking here. Definitively not a place to come back. One thing to add: they try their best to help you, at least.

Shower broken, dirty, smelly, rooms, staff do not care. Waited for two hours in lobby at check in, due to double booking by the hotel (had paid and confirmed reservation for eight rooms, every room had problems). Very limited breakfast, charged extra for coffee. Wifi in rooms has very poor signal - in the lobby, internet wasn't working. My ninth visit to Esfahan, first stay in this hotel. Do not be fooled by fancy lobby, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've had anywhere in my nine visits to Iran. Avoid at all costs. Stayed 18th April 2017.

Hi. My experience it was awful.I was staying There with my mother. I booked this hotel through agency and They said this hotel is 3stars hotel. When we arrived To hotel .it was surprised for me because it doesn't look like 3 stars hotel . I mean decorations. But after first Night I realised in fact less than 3 stars hotel. Reception changed our room two times .They didnot give us final price for lunch we had in the hotel.When we are leaving the hotel they add extra expenses and we end up to pay more for lunch we had with 30% discount. I live in London for 16 years. I never had that kind of experience not even in London and UK and other European countries. I was thinking to book a hotel and take my English friends but for me it's very shameful and embarrassing if I talk about my experience in Iran , Isfahan. For first time visiting Iran after 15 years and it caused inconvenience situation for my mother who is 81 years old. If you want to book this hotel please think twice. Thanks

Just amazing hotel! Breakfast is served in beautiful hall like in palace. You feel like a princess! Super comfy bed, clean and with perfect location.

Rooms double booked. Manager wouldn't even come down to sort it out? Shocking service. Took 9 hrs to sort out. Disgraceful way to run a business. Would not be tolerated anywhere. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!

Great staff,best quality of the food, very clean rooms and good access to historical places. Really I recommend it to my friends.

Staying in this hotel was a very bad experience of my life😔🤦🏻‍♂️ Very unprofessional, Very poor and bad management , Very bad reception It surprised me and my family Additional charges were imposed on us🤷🏼‍♂️ No one, not even the management, was responsive Conclusion!? they are lying - always and from the very beginning. They present themselves as a nice hotel, and they are not. Terrible noisy dirty uncomfortable room, miserable breakfast and arrogant and unhelpful staff that is lying to your face trying to find excuses for their incompetence. Avoid it!

This hotel has best atmosphere, lovely decoration & delicious foods.The rooms were clean & comfortable.Also it has good location near historical monuments. Highly recommended for travelling or business purposes.

The staff is friendly but the hotel is ancient. It is falling apart... Also, the windows face a noisy and polluted street

This is the worst hotel I've experienced in Iran. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel.
