The room we stayed in was next to the cafeteria, we were technically given a room in the cafe or you can say our room had a cafe as an extension. When I asked to be moved to somewhere else the manager was not receptive of my concern and was very aggressive in the way he was talking to me, he was asking me rhetorical questions. He was more concerned in educating me rather than solving my issue. Although he stopped the music the cafe stayed open and had a footfall so the noise did not stop completely. I told him I will be leaving a review in 4 languages he suggested to me to leave it in 5,6 or even 10 and the choice is mine. When I told him the room had not been cleaned he said he will cut the salary of the cleaner for a month, not sure how that was going to help me. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas y cuando intentamos explicar nuestro problema ya que no podíamos dormir por el ruido (es como si la cafetería estuvo dentro de la habitación) los empleados incluido el manager fueron sarcásticos y bordes. Si quieres no dormir y te gusta el ruido entonces recomiendo este hotel.

It was a poor experience. I love Iran and its people but at this hotel I gave my clothes for laundry and a T-shirt disappeared. Surprisingly, they made me feel like I was the one losing it or had it somewhere on my bags... sad. Not honest and not professional.

Hotel not compliant to expectations, upon arrival in the room we noticed a puddle in front of the toilet, made to the staff who did not provide a solution to the problem. I have been here for one night. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. but the most interesting thing about this hotel is it's traditional decorations and atmosphere. There is a small yard that inhabitants can spend time. Unfortunately the hotel's restaurant doesn't serve lunch or dinner and as I could search, there is not any good restaurant around. that was lovely hotel, very clean with peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. the breakfast was as well as a 4 star hotels. our room was not so big but it has 3 windows to the yard and very nice. the location was near to naghshe jahan squre and we walked to taht easily although you can go to every traditional places with snap( like uber) that is so cheap. in addition this hotel is so valuable rather than its economic price.
