Really really small rooms, hence minus one star. it's literally just a place to sleep. It's main plus point is its location, which is close to everything. But overall very clean. Not sure what other reviews were saying, because staff are extremely friendly, especially night staff. Breakfast was great for such small place. If you are looking for a place to sleep and then ck out the sites, this for you. If you want a nice, comfy hotel with a huge bedroom and bathroom go somewhere else.

They speak poor English and are very rude to guests. They talk to guests as if they are stupid. They are also extremely expensive. For a small cup of tea (hot water and a tea bag) we paid 6 times the price you would pay in a normal tea house! A complete rip off. Do not recommend this hotel.

I would never go back to this hotel. Very rude staff and very noisey rooms.

I will never get back to this hotel. Not only you cannot name this HOTEL, but also you haven't any facilities. Staffs are so rude and impatient, you cannot even host your firend in your room, they haven't extra pillow. Moderately a good clean hotel with the perfect location. Breakfast is included with Nescafe (similar to most hotels) and they also have a cafe that serves real coffee (espresso) at an extra but moderate charge. The price is reasonable. One strange thing at check-out was that the reception refused to give me a receipt for payment saying that "their accountant does not work on Fridays so they cannot issue a receipt". Althought the price was right and I paid with card, I think anyone at the reception should be able to print receipts.

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff, our room was a bit noisy as our small window was leading to the staircase. Breakfast is ok but choice is limited. The location is unbeatable, it was a pleasure to step out of the hotel and enjoy Naqshe Jahan Square.

It's really close to naghshe jahan square which makes it fun and easy to visit the attractions and bazar and restaurants around it. Hotel is very clean. No elevator. Some rooms dont have windows. Breakfast is medium. Not good service, we complained about a light that was broken and the hair dryer which didnt work but didnt get fix. Considering all that it's good hotel in this price range.

Hotel is cozy and accessable, breakfast is ok, rooms are clean but so cold. Staffs are so impolite and rude. I do not suggest this hotel.
