Extraordinary experience in an old historical area (Shahshahan) in Isfahan. Well designed place where you can feel hospitality and curation simultaneously. Nassim and Babak (founders of Howzak) are very helpful and informative about Isfahan. You can see how they design this historical house for a enjoyable trip for travellers. Also Mr. Rahnama is super kind and caring of all things in the house. Neighborhood is really interesting to be lost and enjoy real Isfahan. Breakfast is like a magic turns your ordinary day into a special one. Prices are fair comparing to the quality. Recommended.

This place is amazing! We had a beautiful stay in Esfahan and even extended our stay because we wanted to spend more time in this beautiful hostel! Babak is an extremely kind and nice host. He helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner one evening there too and I had the best vegetarian food in Iran! Thank you so much Babak for having us at your place :)

Babak, who hosted us at the Howzak house, deserves all the praise in the world for making our stay extremely pleasant. Rooms are extremely cosy, as is the rest of the house. All facilities are there, and one can always depend on hot tea from of the samovar. Babak is gifted on the sitar as wel as an amazing chef; our last night we stayed in and enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal. Also, he was very helpful with arranging a car workshop and clearing things up by translating such that we were able to fix some problem with our van. Would absolutely recommend!!!

It was an extremely lovely stay at Howzak house, babak and yasaman are very helpful and kind. They are there ready to answer all your questions and they also gave me a tour of the craftsman. Breakfast is soooooooo good with fresh juices, fruits and homemade jam. It was the best place I stayed in Iran so far, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who come here. Rooms are extremely clean and cozy, the yard is calm and quiet. Plus, hospitality in Iran is a legend… people are all very kind here.

Such a nice place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and we even got a delicious lunch cooked for ourselves for a small price. Also the whole house is furnished nicely and we loved it being so calm and peaceful there after long days of sightseeing. The traditional bedding was a little hard, but after using more blankets to lay on, we slept well. The prices were a little higher than in other hostels we stayed in, but it was definitely worth it. Thanks for the good time, guys!

Had a lovely stay at Howzak House! Jasmin and Hassan are amazing hosts. The courtyard provides peace, while you're just a few minutes away from the Bazar and Naqsh-e Jahan Square. I highly recommend staying at Howzak!

The neighboor Is very nice and autentic, but near to all the best touristic site of the city. The Room Is very charming and clean, breakfast also delicious. During my stay I also went to visit the desert with the host, they organize my trip, One of the best experience in my Life. I really reccomend them. Thank you Yasaman and Assam! See you soon! Clean and cosy, with excellent service! We had a great time at Howzak when visiting Iran in June. The little house had a lot to offer it had the feeling of visiting your grandma’s house it was well prepared for our stay, was calm and clean with a happy feeling with the new business owner Yasaman. Food was delicious and tasty and service was great. I definitely recommend this house for comfort and an authentic experience in the heart of Isfahan.

We had a great time in this beautiful guesthouse. The guesthouse is located only 2 minutes from the grand bazar which makes all the touristic sides very walkable. After a long day of sightseeing the guesthouse is a very nice and quiet place to relax with your feet in the small pool. The owner and her companion are very friendly and helpful (bus tickets, restaurants, delicious breakfast, workshop for printing carpets). We did a very nice cooking class with the owner of the hostel and got to know her and the Iranian (food) culture better. Thank you for the lovely stay, Jassie! Hope to see you again in the future.

An old, warm, and bright house in the heart of one of the oldest neighborhoods of Isfahan, which, despite being located in the center of the city, is far from the usual crowds in big cities.

It was one of my best experiences. An old house in Isfahan full of silence and the sound of moons! Almost close to Naqsh Jahan and Bazaar of Isfahan. One of the most important beauty of Hozak is the presence of Yasman, who patiently introduces you to the modern and traditional spaces of Isfahan, tells you about the delicious shops, and provides the opportunity to be in two locksmith and penmanship workshops. The rooms were clean and had a warm and friendly atmosphere. The welcome and reception with tea was great (it would be better if Gaz was added ;) Overall, I highly recommend it. In the breakfast part, the date milk was very good. The only comment I can make is that if necessary, they should charge more for breakfast and provide better service. 🩵

very good choice to stay Hozak is a traditional residence near the historical museums of Isfahan. Which is better than a 5 star hotel.

Our stay at Howzac House came as a beautiful surprise to us. Not only because of its great location and services of quality, but also the cultural exchanges we had with our hosts. We were happy to join the handcraft workshops, guided visits and discussions. Our host Yasaman’s very welcoming, caring, open-minded and fun. I’d be more than glad to come back again :) I’m sure all guests would have a good time in Howzac House.

Staying in Howzak was delightful experience. The staff was kind and friendly. the breakfast was served in very artistic manner. Room was clean and cozy. The location is near Jame mosque and Ghazi bath, so it was easy to walk true historical places and enjoy the old fabric of the city. The only drawback is the streets are to tight for car, which can not be problem if you don`t mind to walk few blocks.
