5.11 I took my Xiaomi Mi Wireless Outdoor Security Camera 1080p to the official Mi Store because it stopped working. After 10 days, I received the conclusion from TAMET that water got into the charging port and this is not a warranty case. The day before the breakdown, the camera still showed about 30 percent charge and I did not charge it. (Over the entire time of ownership of the camera, a little more than 30 days, I charged it only 1 time and the weather was good) If the camera is heated during rain, it will cause condensation. That's exactly how it looked, with condensation on the lens. Maybe there is a gap in the case. In any case, this is not my fault, but some manufacturing defect: either the case is not tight, or the problem of overheating during operation. I believe that you need to consider this case in more detail. So my question is how did water get into the "waterproof" camera and why this is not a warranty case? I sent my phone to be repaired a month and 5 days ago, I was told that in 7 days they would repair it, then I was told that in 10 based on the repairs, then nothing.. then for about 4 days I sent one email every day but no answer, where is my phone?
