The hostel is very near the Matosinhos beach and metro station. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast is included and is very good, you have coffee, milk, cacao, tea, juice, bread, cheese, ham, cereal, jam and butter. There is a very nice living room and the atmosphere is amazing. The kitchen is good equipped, and the bathroom are cleaned every day.

All Porto was full, i wanted to cancell 3 days before and they refused, as they knew there were going to rent the room (it was nations league's finals...). I send them a message, then exolained that it s not in their policy. Would have like maybe just an offer, as if it wasn t the whole price!

Don't expect privacy. My room seemed to have one outlet for 8 beds. If you have a phone, get ready for the Hunger Games.

Unterwegs auf dem jakobsweg haben wir dieses Hostel gewählt, weil wir nichts anderes mehr bekommen haben. Der Preis ist einfach zu hoch für das, was man vor findet. Geschlafen wird in diesen Kajütenbetten mit mehreren Personen im Raum. Es gibt auch andere Möglichkeiten dort, waren aber ausgebucht und noch teurer. Die Duschräume sind winzig und stickig und der Aufenthaltsraum ungepflegt und abgewrackt. Die Küchenutensilien sind was alle irgendwo kaputt, verbeult und kleben, da manchen beim Spülen halt nur Wasser drüber laufen lassen. Der Kühlschrank (k)lebt von außen - von innen mochte ich ihn nicht betrachten. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz- aber der Pilger an sich ist ja bescheiden und humorvoll. Alles in allem zu teuer und leider recht ungepflegt. Für ü50 nicht unbedingt geeignet.

The most comfortable hostel bed I ever slept in! The hostel is quite simple but very cozy. I enjoyed my night there. The staff is friendly and they stayed up late to do the check-in for me. Could be slightly cleaner in the bathrooms but it was totally acceptable. I can recommend staying here, it's quiet area as well.

Stayed in a room and it was very nice, staff was very nice as well. However, front desk isn’t available 24/7 and the hostel does not provide airport shuttle. It is a taxi and you have to pay.

Quite place with friendly staff rooms are clean and neat the break fast is good

Unclean place. Showers and toilets is not clean. The kitchen and fridge is not clean. The staff was however nice and we could change room due to noise from other people.
