Okay pastilla (we tried the chicken-almond and the fish ones). Oily and not very crunchy. Fine food if you're hungry but I wouldn't seek it out. The msemen with Nutella was quite good although it would have probably been even better fresh. Fast service and low prices are the highlights.

Man, after a long day of walking through Essaouira, there was nothing quite like the Seafood Pastilla to keep a boy going. Good stuff. Ate two, then had another on accident for dinner. Long story. 4/5.

Had the chicken pastilla to go. When i ate it later, i immediately regret not buying two. Superb!

Worrying that another reviewer said it triggered a peanut allergy. So my wife avoided it. I found it very chewy and wondered if I was eating one from the day before. Not very appetising. Not cheap either at 45 dirhams for 1 chicken pastilla. Not clean either as he handled it with his bare hand that was used to handle money.
