First of all 24/7 service shouldnt stand there.On check in we waited 20 min on the lobby for someone too come but no one came.A lady who wasnt working there told us we had too just take it our self,so just everyone is able too take the keys. From 9 too 11 o clock we tried too check out but there was no one too check out.The problem was we had too check out at 11 o clock after we came again at 13 there was someone but than he said we had too pay for the day becouse of the 3 hours.I think its an scam so we have too pay more.

Terrible rooms,with used towels and sheets,it seems that they clean when they remember. Unfriendly and rude staff. I'm really sorry for their behavior because they dont understand that complains are a way for them to develop their services. Not only they refused their faults but they threatened as they would call the police. Shame on the manager who doesnt control his emploees,who are racist and unfriendly. In my opinion , he should send them back home

The pictures shown are not real, and the hotel is an animal park, not a hotel. If you do not believe, try it yourself and you will see how it is dealing and services. How is the top of the decadence?

A dirty hotel and there are no services and I left it and did not return the rest of the reservation amount to me even though I called them and spoke to them and did not give any importance to my mother the reception staff are not respected and do not care about the customers

They waited till 1am so i can checkin as my train got delayed. Although rooms aren't the best, that's fantastic service! much appreciated

Inspite of us mentioning multiple times at the time of booking and also mentioning the same in the reception we were given two single beds and not one double bed! Also there was no room cleaning services offered for your stay....the beds were unmade and towels left hanging...It was an ok experience

Well positioned (about 6-700 m from Rüttenscheider Stern subway station), near Edeka supermarket and Peter's Bäckerei, at least 4-5 food locations till subway station, safe location, warm room, TV (a bit too small), bathroom with shampoo available, daily fresh towels, breakfast included (not too many options to choose but still enough for a fast breakfast).

Basic, needs refurbishment, sockets hanging out of walls. Terrible room service. It's cheap though and coffee was good.

CHEAP AND HAD NICE BREAKFAST AVAILABLE. WIFI WAS VERY FAST BUT WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING AT THE BEGINNING WHEN TRYING TO CONNECT TO THE WIFI NETWORK. ITS WORTH GOING FOR HOLIDAY.
