If
you
want
good
customer
service,
shop
elsewhere.
I’ve
had
very
mixed
experiences
at
Duffs,
but,
overall
would
not
recommend.
I
arrived
at
925
on
Monday
to
have
my
ring
resized
and
the
store
was
not
open.
I
was
told
5
minutes,
when
I
came
back
10
minutes
later
they
said
they
were
still
setting
up.
The
two
girls
setting
up
were
giggling
and
rolling
their
eyes
at
me.
At
940
the
manager,
Jeremy,
opened
the
door
and
asked
me
what
I
wanted.
No
apology
for
the
late
opening,
or
reason.
When
I
said,
again,
that
the
store
lists
it
opening
hours
at
9
and
that
it
was
difficult
to
get
there
when
I
have
a
baby,
I
was
offered
a
sarcastic
apology.
All
3
staff
members,
including
the
manager,
were
rude.
Another
experience
is
while
My
engagement
ring
was
being
custom
made,
my
partner
asked
for
an
update
and
the
staff
could
not
find
the
order
and
had
no
clue.
He
was
assured
that
the
manager
would
call
on
the
Tuesday
(this
was
on
a
Sunday),
which
never
came.
We
have
had
good
experiences
with
some
staff,
such
as
Georgie,
but
highly
doubt
we
will
get
our
wedding
bands
from
their
based
on
these
experiences.
