If you want good customer service, shop elsewhere. I’ve had very mixed experiences at Duffs, but, overall would not recommend. I arrived at 925 on Monday to have my ring resized and the store was not open. I was told 5 minutes, when I came back 10 minutes later they said they were still setting up. The two girls setting up were giggling and rolling their eyes at me. At 940 the manager, Jeremy, opened the door and asked me what I wanted. No apology for the late opening, or reason. When I said, again, that the store lists it opening hours at 9 and that it was difficult to get there when I have a baby, I was offered a sarcastic apology. All 3 staff members, including the manager, were rude. Another experience is while My engagement ring was being custom made, my partner asked for an update and the staff could not find the order and had no clue. He was assured that the manager would call on the Tuesday (this was on a Sunday), which never came. We have had good experiences with some staff, such as Georgie, but highly doubt we will get our wedding bands from their based on these experiences.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and a very wide range of beautiful jewellery. Couldn’t be happier with my new bracelet!

The staff at Duffs Waurn Ponds have been amazing, They help me chose my partner engagement ring, which she loved. We also got our wedding bands from the same store, from another staff member who was also lovely and very helpful.

Duffs is now my preferred Jewellery store, I've made a few purchases previously and prefer your store to others in the Warn Ponds shopping centre. One of the purchases, a watch for a friend was resized multiple times for them on the same day of purchase which was just fantastic service. The staff are lovely and very helpful, theirs a nice atmosphere in the store and a great selection of goods. The times I've been here I get a feeling of someone genuinely trying to help you find a piece you adore to take home, rather than just making a sale and I love that energy!

Sara at the Waurn Ponds store is fantastic. She spent the time to help help us custom make our two wedding rings, we were never rushed and nothing was ever a bother. One was created using my late fathers wedding ring, which other jewellers were unable to help us with. They both turned out perfect and exactly what we wanted! Great service and great result :)

If I could rate this place less than one star I would have. I have never experienced such racist, unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour by a sales assistant! The middle aged woman, Michelle, was not only ignoring the fact that I was standing right in front of her trying to ask her a question about their jewellery, but also clearly discriminated against me because of my skin colour since she did not bother speaking to me but as soon as a Caucasian couple walked in she ran to serve them!

I got some jewellery i inherited remade and the customer service i received was above and beyond. They went threw all the pieces so carefully, let me trade in gold from piece's to take off the cost of the remake and came up with such beautiful designs for the remake and when i got them the quality was outstanding So helpful and so patient Highly recommend

I recently had amazing customer service from the team at Duffs Waurn Ponds store. I had my wedding rings resized after not wearing them for about 10 years. I was quite nervous about doing this but the staff put my mind at ease. Even during our last lockdown nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks Duffs. You went above and beyond.
