My first time, and it was absolutely fantastic! Comfortable, felt really safe, all questions answered, and the girls were just outside the door and really attentive. I curled up, turned the phone off. Had a good rest! More colour in my face afterwards. The headache I’ve been holding for a few days already subsiding a couple of hours later. Can’t wait to do it again in a couple of days! Thanks, everybody :-)

Had a wonderful Infrared sauna session. Nice little touches such as bottled water, deodorant, and shower added to the great experience. Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities. Will definitely visit again.

Was a bit Cryo going for my first treatment. Staff so lovely made me feel very calm and relaxed before I knew it my time was up. Was very happy with service that book another two sessions straight away.

The stuff behind the desk are always very polite and nurses very gentle while i did the IV vitamin infusion. Highly recommend this, bounced back from feeling very lethargic and exhasted. Thank you Team Fresh Treatments.

Friendly service. Treatments all well explained. The place was super clean, calming atmosphere with towels, robes and more provided, quite luxurious. The facilities are excellent.

Have had the flu, needed something to help me bounce back quicker, took the recovery IV with added Zinc. Less than 24 hours later feel a lot better, I assume my recovery time would have been longer if it wasn't for it. Very easy and convenient service, reception was friendly and the nurse discussed options with me before moving forward. Great experience overall

Great spot for an Infra Red sauna. Centrally located in Brunswick with easy access to parking, the sauna itself is quite spacious in comparison to other places I have tried. Fresh towels are included as well as a bottle of water to stay hydrated and there is a shower facility inside the treatment room. Highly recommend !

Absolutely loved my experience at Fresh It was my first time having oxygen therapy, NormaTec & vitamin infusion The staff were informative and friendly I’m definitely coming back and will be inviting my friends to join me. I’d really like to try Cryotherapy & infared sauna next time

Pure bliss….! Returning customer. You stand in the cryotherapy booth for 3 minutes and it’s the most rewarding three minutes for your muscles. The normatec recovery pants are amazing - all leg massage. Nothing like sitting in a recliner with a cup of tea and some peace. Customer service is outstanding too.

The customer service experienced at this practice is six star. I received a heat pack for my arm, herbal tea and a level of care that was so incredible from the moment I called to book. As someone who has experienced long haul covid, these infusions are a life saver.

Clean and tidy facility with friendly and helpful staff. Was talked through by staff with the entire process for the infrared sauna and the cryotherapy treatment. A very relaxing and refreshing experience - a great way to reset and recover for anyone wanting a break from the demands of daily life. Location is great with parking nearby, close to other shops and restaurants if you want to pick up items on the way home or meet up with friends over the whole experience. Definitely recommend these guys!

My friend and I booked a oxygen therapy for me and normatec recovery for her and we enjoyed it immensely ..we have never done anything like this before and looking forward to the benefits of these treatments snd will definitely be going back..staff were amazing too...thank you

Was feeling a little under the weather at a particularly inconvenient time. Decided last minute to book the ultimate IV package with FRESH treatments. 5 minutes later I walked in the door and ten minutes after that I was sat comfortably, watching Netflix and receiving my iv treatment. The staff were super friendly and the whole process was comfortable and easy. An hour or so later and I feel incredible!

Friendly staff, very clean facilities and very comfortable space. I felt safe and secure during my IR sauna treatment and the nurse was very informative about the benefits of the treatment. Cant wait to go back!
