First time attending this clinic and have only positive things to say. As a new parient it was such an easy process to make a booking online and prefill details before my actual appointment and I got an appointment with my doctor in 2 days even though I hadn't been to this clinic before. Not a week or two or more because I hadn't been there before Iike so many other clinics. What a lovely premises and the welcoming feel to the reception area puts you at ease upon entering. Reception staff were very friendly, prompt and helpful. Parking space is wonderful and plenty of them allowing people with prams, wheelchairs etc lots of room. There are several doctors available so that's a huge plus. It was lovely to see my doctor whom I followed here from another clinic and as always she listened, examined and gave good feedback and follow up strategies. So glad I made an appointment and will definitely be my go to from here on in.

Absolutely amazing service. My Dad was interstate and I was able to call and organise a doctors appointment via phone that day. They also were extremely helpful and communicated perfectly to me about emailing through his discharge papers from a hospital in NSW. A very friendly receptionist and his doctor is just wonderful.

I visited Loch Street Medical Centre yesterday for the first time and saw Dr Erandi Wijesinghe. She was very attentive, caring and professional. I will be returning and would highly recommend her as a Doctor.

I was very happy with my visit to the Clinic today, and will be pleased to continue see Dr Gayani in future for my health care.

My husband and have just moved to Yarragon so it was important for us to find a medical centre ! And we have the Loch Medical Centre welcomed us the staff are friendly and the treatment we received for our problems was first rate.

Best doctor I’ve visited in the area after some pretty average experiences elsewhere. Will be returning. Dr. Gayani took a lot of time to assess me properly, she gave me balanced advise, answer my questions with authenticity and listened to my opinions. Not once did I feel rushed and the whole time I felt cared for.

I had a bit of a scare today when my 4 year old son was having an allergic reaction. It was our first visit as we are new to the area, Loch Street Medical were so helpful, saw us straight away, were just amazing with my son who has autism and made us feel very welcome. I was very grateful for their help and professionalism and will definitely be going back to the clinic.

My children and I love this medical centre. The doctors are thorough and explain everything in terms that my children and I understand. They are brilliant with scared little patients and show a great deal of compassion to their fears.

I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor on the first time meeting them in a consultation. With a very complex medical history I felt pleased and happy when I walked out knowing I hadn’t just been judged because of my past. There are some great doctors out there.

Great, very clean, waiting area a bit awkward, could feel very crowded in busy times. I saw Erandi, and she was very warm and friendly.

The staff are so professional and knowledgeable and friendly l would definitely recommend them if you want a quality of care which is very unique today
