Have
gone
to
the
gym
a
couple
of
times,
once
to
check
it
out
and
once
to
sign
up.
Both
times
the
receptionists
weren't
very
helpful.
The
first
time,
the
receptionist
couldn't
tell
me
any
information
about
the
different
memberships,
the
sign
up
process
etc.
so
I
looked
it
up
online
after.
Tried
to
get
some
additional
information
over
the
phone
and
was
told
to
"just
come
in
and
a
PT
can
talk
to
you".
When
I
then
went
to
sign
up,
they
didn't
inform
me
of
the
3
month
minimum
term,
I
had
to
ask
for
all
the
relevant
information
instead
of
them
providing
an
overview
of
the
membership
terms,
and
they
couldn't
tell
me
whether
there
would
be
a
PT
available
at
the
times
that
I
would
want
them.
I
was
asked
to
sign
up
and
pay
the
month
upfront
before
even
talking
to
a
PT.
Then
made
an
appointment
which
they
double
booked
and
had
to
change.
It's
a
bad
first
impression
and
I
hope
the
intro
session
with
the
PT
goes
well
(in
which
case
I'll
change
my
review
to
reflect
this).
Edit:
have
been
going
to
the
gym
for
over
6
months,
the
trainers
are
great,
invested
in
my
training,
and
other
gym
goers
friendly
-
but
the
gym
administration
largely
useless.
