I
had
the
worst
experience
ever
today.
I
made
an
order
online
on
10:08
am.
I
received
a
message
saying
that
the
order
should
be
ready
in
2
hours.
I
was
near
the
store
at
Taylors
Lakes,
so
I
thought
I
should
go
and
check
if
the
order
is
ready.
I
entered
the
store
around
12:30.
The
man
at
the
door
told
me
that
the
order
is
not
ready,
and
it
should
be
ready
in
an
hour.
When
I
told
him
that
if
there's
anything
we
can
do
so
I
can
pick
up
my
order,
he
aggressively
told
me
that
I
should
have
waited
until
I
receive
the
confirmation
message
and
that
I
can
"Shop
around"
for
at
least
half
an
hour
until
they
make
my
order
ready.
I
got
back
to
the
car,
left
the
car
park
and
was
driving
back
home,
2
minutes
after
I
left
the
car
park,
I
received
a
message
telling
me
that
the
order
is
ready.
So
I
had
to
drive
back
to
the
store.
When
I
arrived,
the
order
was
ready
to
collect.
Then
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
supervisor.
The
office
manager
came
to
me,
and
she
didn't
even
bother
herself
to
listen
to
what
happened.
She
said
that
they
didn't
have
enough
staff
to
pick
up
that
job,
and
she
personally
asked
them
to
prepare
my
order.
Then
she
started
defending
her
staff,
and
she
said
that
she
knew
about
what
happened
on
my
first
visit,
although
she
was
actually
outside
the
store
on
my
first
visit.
I
found
that
the
conversation
will
not
give
us
anything
as
she
was
aggressively
defending
her
staff
without
even
giving
me
any
chance
to
explain.
I
feel
that
I
got
humiliated
in
the
store
today.
I
will
not
deal
with
that
store
anymore.
