Monards has such a wide range of brands, some which are very specialized. Tried on plenty of interesting watches & finally had the pleasure of being able to purchase my very first German timepiece. Our consultant, CiPing Lin is very friendly and had no issues letting me see and try on various watches in the boutique. There was no time pressure, and attention was undivided yet not overbearing. She even went out of her way to transfer a Zenith within the hour to let me try on a Zenith without obligation. Of course, I ended up making my purchase (just after store hours on a Friday) ready for pickup Monday. CiPing took it upon herself to have my watchband altered in her own time and hand-delivered in time for Mother's day on Sunday night after.
