this
review
because
we
wanted
to
try
every
sandwich
on
the
menu.
What
a
great
experience.
These
guys
(the
two
owners)
are
hands
on.
A
rarity
these
days.
And
it
shows
from
the
quality
and
preparation
of
the
ingredients
to
the
making
of
the
sandwiches.
The
sandwiches
are
not
only
a
cut
above,
they're
exceptional.
We
just
finished
the
steak
bomb.
The
meat
was
flavorful,
tender
and
juicy,
the
mushrooms,
onions,
peppers
cut
large
enough
so
that
they
retained
their
texture
and
moistness.
The
rolls
they
use
are
crusty
on
the
outside
but
soft
inside.
Not
your
run
of
the
mill
sub
roll.
Chicken
cutlets
are
the
real
deal,
hand
cut
and
breaded,
and
not
overcooked
or
dry.
Meatballs
are
soft
and
tasty,
like
Nonna
used
to
make.
Their
sauce
is
terrific
too.
We've
enjoyed
every
sandwich
we
tried.
Haven't
had
the
pizza
yet
but
it's
on
our
agenda.
When
restaurant
owners
care
enough
to
turn
out
this
grade
of
food,
you
should
run,
not
walk
or
wait,
to
eat
there.
