My friend and I took a trip to Dunkin' this morning for a coffee break. We did two separate transactions in one car which could be overwhelming but the cashier handle it patiently clarifying each order. There was a special offer through the DD perks to get a free medium coffee with a purchase today as well. My friends app decided to login her out once we got to Dunkin' and the internet wasn't allowing her to get back in. The cashier named Kathy whom I believe is the shift leader was sooo kind to us as we pulled up to the window. She was able to scan something allowing my friend to get the free drink without the use of her app! Being college students we value saving every penny we can especially on coffee and I couldn't be more grateful for such wonderful costumer service my friend and I got at this Dunkin' Donuts location! highly recommend!

There's this one girl there who's really nice. I love her, I hope dunkin donuts pays her well cause she gives me the best drive through experience ever. She goes above and beyond. Also all the people there seem to be good workers.

Always go at 6pm before I go in for the night shift to get a large iced tea. They NEVER have any ice tea left and refuse to make me one. They offer me green tea (which I really don't like). This has happened about 15 times the past few months. Very frustrating!

Service good and happy to find a jelly stick donut.Alot of DD don't have them no more on the North Shore☹️

I place a mobile order almost every time I go to work, and the food is always burnt when received. The refreshers are skimpy with the flavor shots as well.

We stop here before going on a road trip.I get the GlutenFree bacon,egg,cheese "sandwich".They usually give me two eggs, but not the last couple times I've gone.So the cheese sticks to the paper container instead of the eggs.That's not fun to eat. I drink a lot of iced tea,so I usually order an unsweetened iced tea, but lately it's not been very good.

It was busy this Saturday morning. The staff kept up and seemed to handle the crowd well. Not too happy with their limited selection of donuts. There were lots of donuts just not great variety. No blueberry or French cruller? I wasn’t the only person asking for them.

the people here are extremely nice but also extremely forgetful in what they are supposed to make. i understand some days are busy but come on i ordered a simple sandwich, grilled cheese with bacon toasted, it wasn’t toasted at all it was just the break, cheese was barley melted, and NO BACON!! everytime i want this sandwich i say bacon bc personally i like it better like that. and when they don’t put the bacon on but still charge me for it it gets old pretty fast. one of 2 times sure whatever. but this happens all the time. TW - i have an ed so when i finally wanna eat somthing and i get it and it’s not even what i wanted i don’t end up eating it. ik it’s a dumb thing but it’s not that hard to make what ppl ask for. it’s your job.
