I had the most insulting and pathetic experience at this store! From the second I stepped in, I was treated like a common criminal plotting to steal. I tried to just ignore it and not touch anything I didn't need to touch but there came a point I couldn't handle it anymore. I had workers peaking around corners at me, literally sprinting to see my every move. This store needs a security guard so these women can work on some customer service skills. I, myself, am embarrassed for them... for the company as a whole.

They decide to have a sale in the yarn I use for 95% of my business so I go in and load up. I had multiple employees following me around the store like I was going to some how scam them. Then when i am on my way to check out the manager practically jumped on me... "oh let me check you out so we can get those wrappers off"... "NO I am buying them in wrappers to protect them". How embarrassing... why not just train you cashiers to properly check people out. If they wouldn't have have scaned each item I would have been honest and let them know... I will never return to the store in Hazel Dell. The manager could have handled this much differently, in a much more customer friendly way. And to think if I would have been asked if I needed help finding something(instead of being salked) while I was in the Christmas section I would have probably spent another hundred bux if I could have found the display baskets I wanted for my business. (They were probably afraid of my "Yarned and Dangerous" Hoodie i was wearing 🤣🤣🤣)

Overpriced! I come here only when I absolutely need something that I can’t get anywhere else. Their prices are high and the “coupons” they offer are measly. I get that they aren’t a national level chain craft store but I still think they could do better. Selection is awesome and displays are beautiful if you want to be teased.

Craft Warehouse has everything you need for so many different arts and crafts. Their displays are beautiful and you can purchase exactly what you need to replicate their displays. The staff is very nice, helpful and genuine. The quality of products is good quality. It is a huge store that also has classes. The store is well designed. I love going to Craft Warehouse.

I'm not the target demographic for this store, but I gotta say - staff here are great. If, as the not-crafty-spouse looking for something for your crafty-partner, just ask the staff for help. They're awesome. And there is some neat stuff in here that you wouldn't see anywhere else.

Wasn't sure where to look for our item and was directed to the area where another employee met us and pointed it out and answered our questions. Love this location. Every time I've been there the staff is always willing to stop what they are doing and help.

Omg, i loved this store. I found everything i was looking for to fix up my Apron for work. Everyone was so nice and so helpful

Craft warehouse isn't a craft supply store I'd ever shopped at before so I wasn't familiar with it at all. I go to Michaels and hobby lobby because they do not have craft warehouse where I'm from. I needed a picture frame and they told me what isle but didn't follow through to offer help, then a nice employee finally came and helped me and was the highlight of the store. I wish I got her name but hopefully she'll know who she is. Once she measured my picture she gave me the choices in matting and frames . She said the frames for very large projects off the shelf were ten dollars and I was happy with that bargain but they made up for it in the mats. WOW they were twice as much as a frame for a piece of card board. I needed washi tape and had to have it and I paid a ridiculous price like I've never heard of anyone charging for washi tape. I get 30 rolls online for what I paid for a six roll pack and that was the cheapest deal I found. Not anyone working there is to fault obviously for this or any prices. I went to diamond painting area and never had I seen such high prices on kits and nothing was on sale or any special deals on them. Very unusual because other craft stores always run specials in almost every department but again obviously not craft warehouse. If this chain store were in my location in Arizona they would go out of business because nobody would shop these enormous prices when JoAnn craft and fabric, Michaels and hobby lobby make it affordable to still enjoy crafting in this sideways economy.
