30 August 2022 - 4 Stars I've been coming to this brand for many years, at numerous locations. This is the first time at this new store location. The menu (to me) appears to be expanded from when they were at 3rd Ave & Nob Hill, my main local stop. The store (inside & out) looks great. The staff were cleaning regularly. I'll return to this brand - and location - regularly.

Amazing good food, excellent service. My sandwich was stuffed with yummy Philly goodness! My husband got the double cheeseburger and said it was excellent. The restaurant is super clean. Service was fast and friendly.

The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely friendly! The food was good, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the fries were just ok. I think they could use more seasoning for the fries. But otherwise, I was very happy!

Poor customer service and food preparation. I even found a hair in the food. All the food we ordered looked similar to this picture. I drove back returned my order and received a full refund. Steer clear from this place.

Went into restaurant at 7:06pm lobby was open till 8pm was told I couldn't eat in the lobby. If you are not going to serve food until you close the lobby, close it when you stop serving. As a single man that eats out pretty much every meal I don't eat takeout. It doesn't taste the same. Won't be going back, I'll take my money where they appreciate they're customers.

I used to have bruchis at the 3rd and nob hill location . Once in a couple years ,since they built the one here on 1st street I been going more frequently. Phenomenal everything . Aswell they have a self serve kiosk to order food as well. Well made drive thru

I went there and the door was locked so I went through the drive-thru it was 10 after 8:00 ordered sandwiches for four people, all footlongs. They got every sandwich wrong I paid $52 and didn't get what I asked for I called them and they wouldn't answer the phone cuz they were closed apparently or they didn't want to fix their screw up. They also forgot my fries. I will never go to brucci's again and I will never recommend anybody to go there again. I will call the manager today and put my complaint in and I will ask for new sandwiches and take back what's left and if they don't give it to me I will probably call the Better Business Bureau. S***** food poor service can't even take an order there's a reason they get paid minimum wage.

I really like having lunch here. The only bummer was my sandwich did not have as much mayo as I wanted. And it seems too quiet 🤫. I would go again. Overall it was a great experience.
