😐 We loved Kregenow. Bummed to leave but getting in touch with receptionists for appointment or even talking with a nurse, it was near impossible. Busy signal or long hold times for 45+ minutes. You can save your place in the queue for a call back and it didn’t happen most of the time. People often mention time,

We got into to see a great doctor. Then any time I call for some follow up information, I can never talk to anyone and I just wait on the phone! This is not just common, this happens all the time.

Dr. Kregenow falsified grotesque statements that she put in my son's medical record in order to help my estranged wife get the upper hand in an ongoing custody case over my two year old son. She also filed false allegations against me with CPS which concluded in being "Unfounded". Be very cautious before choosing Dr. Kregenow as your child's pediatrician.

My husband and I love Peds NW. Our daughter has been well cared for by Dr. Kregenow and Dr. Chacko. We have chosen an alternative and delayed schedule for injections which they have been respectful and understanding of. Overall a great experience.

Not sure why but this place can’t seem to get it together as far as running on time. I have waited over an hour one time, 45 minutes another time, and 30 minutes today was the final straw for a flu shot. I have no complaints about the doctors but I’m going to be looking elsewhere due to the fact that he they do not run on time and thet don’t let you know when you get there either that you’re going to be waiting a long time. Another thing, if you need to get blood drawn I would highly suggest going to the lab across the street. I was not impressed and neither was my whaling child.

This js mostly a review for a dr there. I decided to trust Dr Edstrom with my newborn. Each week (up until 6 weeks) id tell her he was screaming and in pain from something and described his symptoms. She said it was normal, and after several weeks of me being completely broken down and heartbroken, i asked again and again if theres anything we can do or try. I even specifically asked if my diet is affecting him, perhaps dairy?? (The most common intolerance in babies im learning now) and she scoffed at it saying theres no real evidence it affects the baby…but she prescribed a reflux MEDICATION. Turns out my weeks of pure agony watching my first born new baby in pain and screaming could have been solved if she ever heard of a dairy protein intolerance that’s extremely extremely common. She could have helped us and stopped both our suffering a lot sooner. She needs to get updated on the recent research. Ive had mom friends who said their pediatrician was able to test the poop and confirm theres traces of blood meaning a dairy/food intolerance. Please be weary of this for your newborn and weary of the dr here.

Dr. Rurik was my pediatrician and my daughters as well (until he retired this Spring). He was always down to earth, well informed, and compassionate. I have seen several of the other doctors in the office as well and have always felt heard and that my daughters needs were well attended to. The office staff is friendly and kind and my interactions with the nurses both over the phone and in person have been great as well. My only complaint has been with wait times when calling in for scheduling sick visits. You do have to be prepared for a long wait time or request a call back.

After moving to Gig Harbor from Federal Way my daughter had an urgent matter that needed attention. From the phone call to the doctors visit we were both impressed with the friendly & caring staff. The doctor was sensitive & knowledgeable, She took the time to explained the options of treatment and follow up care. We will defiantly be going back for primary care visits. Thank you!!!
