Bought a couple of small poinsettias for under $5.00 each. We were in line for quite some time waiting for the customers in front of us to be approved for a new credit card. You save $25.00 if approved so I can understand the wait. The cashier was super nice and she trying her best to make everyone happy.

Wow it's been years since I been in a Home Depot store and I'm not sure I like the changes. The front end of the store was so jammed up with merchandise in the center of the isle it created a single file path in each direction, so much for walking next to the person you're with. A guy in a wheelchair looked squeezed in the isle. The sides of the store were also jammed up with merchandise all of the way to the ceiling. I felt trapped and closed in. There are no traditional check stands. It's all self checkout with a few staff around to direct people and help them when they're stuck. At least they had what I was looking for - a rake for a good price.

UBI number won't work pro extra account doesn't work I'm done with Home Depot will be shopping at Lowe's from here on out. Even if you spend $2000 a month at Home Depot and take a $15 item back every store will treat you completely differently and will look at you as a thief even if the items only $15. Just so you know you can look up any companies UBI number Home Depot.

Michelle was very incompetent in her customer service. When asked what a product code description was she was unable or willing to provide the information. When Puyallup home depot was called they immediately told me what the product was and amazingly I was able to access this same information inputting it in the search bar of the website.. someone needs some training and to learn not to disrespect people on the phone especially with other employees that may no who the caller was..

Was in there at 10:20am on 2/21/22 and the young lady running the self checkout was extremely rude. Additionally, if you are an older vet like myself with an older phone, there is no way to download something called a QR App thing which means you cannot get the 10% discount anymore. Unless you go onto a computer at home and buy it. I think I will go to Lowes from now on. Take care Home Depot and best wishes.

Didn't know what I had until we moved! The service at this location is much better than other Home Depots that I've been going to in our new home state. I've especially had some super patient helpful service in lumber with employees who didn't just stop with "yeah I'm sorry, that's not something that anyone makes" but helped me brainstorm until I got the job done. Also want to shout out the folks that order windows, and the tool rental department for great service. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it's still a big box store, so you do have to try a few employees at times until you find your go-to folks.

Everytime I go to a home depot they never have what I am looking for or don't have the right size. And when my wife had to go get something exact and I sent her with the right measurements the employee that helped her told her that I was wrong and had her get the wrong size part. My wife was able to walk in to Lowes ask for help get it amd walk out with the right part. Save your time and ditch homedepot and go to Lowes.

We came in for a new door knob and outdoor faucet covers and came out with a new stand up cooler, christmas lights, and batteries of all sizes. The cooler was such a great deal, we came back for another!! We love just strolling around the garden center too. Too many goodies here.

My husband bought me a Milwaukee heated jacket for Christmas unfortunately it was to big when he took it back to exchange it at the Spanaway Homedepot store because it said online they had them in stock. The man at the exchange counter refused to give him a refund because he paid cash for it. Then he told my husband he would give him in store credit but my husband wouldn't be able to purchase my jacket online. Because they couldn't find it in the store. So my husband tried to go to the Puyallup store in which they also said they had it in stock but once again was given the same run around. Except this time the Seattle store has 3 in stock and when my husband asked if they could call the Seattle store and have them hold it to be sure they had it before he drove to another store to get no where. The manager told my husband he should just call himself. These stores and thier employees have become super lazy and do not want to help anyone out with any kinda customer service. So I still have a jacket that is way to big and I still hate Home Depot!

The layout of this store is a little different than the other. But looking for cleaning supplies, these supplies are near the entrance. The only thing that is repeating is that there are no carts inside the store. If you are going to this store, take a cart from the outside. 🛒

The store wasn’t too bad, in a bad area lots of thefts even as we were shopping. a little dirty, but first , and foremost the customer service was good .we had a hard time finding someone to help us with that we we were searching for.

Place was pretty busy, I was picking up some wood for shelf, And I needed a few pieces of it cut. Usually takes a while to get someone to come help especially when they're busy, which is understandable. This time there Was a guy named paul, Who had really good customer service, That was helping me out. It also seemed like he was helping a couple of other customers as well as another employee, But had a great attitude and just rocked his way through it. Really appreciated the positive atmosphere. Keep it up Paul, they need 10 more like you.

Used the curbside pickup to try to avoid the holiday line because I only needed 2 emergency plumbing repair items. Was emailed 10 minutes after my online order that it was ready for pickup. Great see you in 5 hours. Notified them 20 minutes before I arrived I was on the way like they ask you to. Notified them when I arrived. 10 minutes I think nothing. 20 hey it's the holidays right? 30 minutes maybe I should check the app but there is no way to check status or anything so I decide I better call. Wait on hold a reasonable 5 minutes until it starts to ring. Usually, this is a sign it's going through to an associate. I hear them pick up, people in the background then *click* was I really just hung up on like that? Nah, better call back. Same result except a 10 minute wait. We are closing in on 50 minutes now for a curbside delivery, so it's screw it don't be lazy just go inside and deal with the crowds. Wait 10 minutes in a customer service line to finally get help. Yes I had a curbside order that was supposed to have been brought out an hour ago. They look, can't find it. My order they claimed was ready almost 6 hours earlier was not even actually ready to go. They had to go digging to find my items. Asked to speak to a manager. Got the smug I am the manager reply. Excellent can you explain why you offer services you cannot provide? If there is no curbside delivery you cash just state that and save people the time and we can just come on. Here reply is well it's the holidays and a shrug. Unfortunately lack of preparation and insufficient staffing is a failure of management to do their jobs. Not a problem for customers. If you are understaffed you do not continue to offer premium services if you can't even cover basic essential customer service like answering a phone. I have spent TONS of money in this particular Home Depot. With the attitude i was given and way I was dismissed I will never set foot in any Home Depot again. Unfortunately large corporations like this simply do not care about customers anymore. There is always someone behind the guy you chase away to treat bad next and so on.

Home Depot ;) Nothing extraordinary or whatever. The only thing is that some of the stuff we need is usually tucked away deep down into some random pit of despair or whatever and we can never find it. Completely gone. Whoosh. But typically it's all good and we find what we need without trouble :-)

Great customer service, a guy at the paint section actually came out of his booth and gave me about 5-10 minutes lecture on the types of paint available for a project i was working on and all the posibilities they offer. He made some recommendations on what brushes to use for what. I ended up buying more than I planned for but I knew what I was buying and why I was buying them. Had to install the Home depot app because of this dude.

They used to have a Military discount by showing them a ID Card. Now they put it on line and that APP doesn't work with phones other than a I - Phone! I don't own that type of phone so I can't get my Retirement Military discounts anymore ! They just lost a past loyal customer because Lowe's has me on thier computers and all I have to do is tell them my phone # and show them a ID Card!

Store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Employees are rarely available on the warehouse floor to assist. Don't expect any employees to come up to you to offer assistance. Cashier was friendly. Good store overall. You just need to know what you're looking for.

It’s insane how busy the rental centers get, and this location seems to be even busier than most. While I waited, Joshua was a one man show and the line continued to pile up; not because he was slow, or not working hard, but it just takes time to go through the process and then find people’s equipment. He was incredibly calm and collected under what would feel like a lot of pressure. He also continued to be friendly and professional in the face of it all. On top of that, he was knowledgeable.

Nice floor helpers. Asked if I needed help or anything. I asked where an item could be found. Was given clear and concise directions and then they left me alone, which I appreciate. It was close to closing and all the employees were busy, but you couldn't tell by their demeanor that they might be too busy. They were kind, considerate, and helpful.

Very impressed with the customer service of employee ‘Brenda’. I was left a voicemail saying that my custom shade re-order was ready for pick up. When I arrived at an earlier date- another employee refused to search for the order because the computer system said it had not arrived at the store. Thank you Brenda for the courtesy for searching for my order (she located it quickly).

I'm a huge DIYer and have always loved Home Depot. Generally if you need a question answered look for grey hair, a good amount of the younger employees won't know. But good, clean, well stocked.

They were professional, courteous, and polite. They cleaned up behind themselves and the installation of the microwave and stove was above and beyond excellent. They also arrived when they said they would. If I could give them 10stars, I would. Andy and Henry are THE best installers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I've been here for most of my many projects and if I am to write a review it's going to be honest. The staff really don't care what you are after, they'll answer questions without being bothered, but I've loaded whole stacks of sheets and lumber into my truck while they stood by. Once they had the large doors closed and told me I had to take my several drywall sheets all the way to the other end even though I was parked right outside the doors. Only to tell the next person behind me they were now open. So if you plan on buying here, just know they are not your team.

I am mobility impaired and use a cart. This my favorite store for home and garden items. Though I am often unable to negotiate aisles crammed with displays, there is usually a staff member nearby ready to help me as needed. If not, the other customers are great! That said, this review would have been 5 stars had it not been for my recent disappointing purchase of an air conditioner. I ordered online and picked the unit up at the store. A customer service person loaded it into a cart and brought it out to me. Because a long, good association and my difficulty in walking, I did not check all sides of the box. A helpful passer by helped me load the compact unit into my Jeep. When I got home, my nephew helped me carry the unit into the house. As we set it down, I noticed that one corner of the box had sustained considerable damage. But as a heat wave was predicted to begin that night and I knew there were no comparable window units remaining in the store, I decided to hope for the best. I unwrapped and installed the unit. It has a fist-sized dent in the bottom left corner, and I have some concerns as to rain damage, as that dent has compromised the seal of side to bottom. However, it does seem to work well, so I have decided to keep it. I am annoyed at paying full price for what is essentially a "scratch and dent" unit, and my faith in Home Depot has been shaken. In the future I'll give more of my business to Lowe's and Ace.

I used to really enjoy going to home depot. But I just bought an electric heater thermostat that appeared to be brand new and all it does is go on and off and led light dimmer that was put back in the box and taped up and they said they test returns out. Obviously that was a lie. It was completely shorted out. Tested with my meter. Returned the switch now I have to get in the wall and yank the thermostat off the wall and install a replacement.

I had a really nice time in this store I went in for soil and flowers to plant in my garden. What I was most happy with was the fact that I found this cute Lil gate to go around my flower bed area, keeps my pups out. I got everything I needed & found everything okay. They are a bit high and over priced on a lot of the items. Everything is going up so hey. Thanks Home Depot. 🤣❤️🤗

You couldn't shop the garden area, as there was so much freight down the aisles at 3:30pm!! Mother in law (82yrs/old) looking for filters for her furnace and ask an associate that was stocking shelves on next aisle for some help. She told her to find someone that works that area! 🤯🤬 I understand what retail workers have gone through the last couple of years, but WOW! WILL BE SHOPPING OTHER PLACES!

Our old dishwasher is on it's last leg - the latch is loose, etc. My mother asked me to find a decent one that would fit her budget. Tony G. helped me and he was awesome. He gave me an estimate which included installation. Tony was very professional, sweet and kind. Home Depot is a nice store with employees who provide great customer service. God bless everyone & thank you! 😊
