Linabo Peak is perfect for a short hikes! It has 3003 steps but I don't think that is accurate. We've reached the top but the steps counter stopped at around 2400-2500 steps. It was definitely worth it because we were rewarded with a beautiful view of neighboring mountains, sea, and a strong breeze of wind. We were also amazed by the community atop. Residents have to walk far to and fro and some elderly use horses to aid them.

One of most memorable places I had been. One should not underestimate its 3,000+ steps since the clearly excluded the around 2 kms of paved plain walkways. Paved and with steel railings to support and steady you esp when you are too weak to continue. Trip to this place is both a spiritual and physical feat. Better go their around late afternoon and savor the majesty of Dipolog night sky.

3003 steps is not a joke. It is very tiring that I almost give up, I don't have any exercise/warm up prior to that climb. But once you've reached the top you'll be welcomed by a very rewarding view. When we get to the top it was almost 6pm and when we decided to go down it was very dark so I suggest that they should put lamp posts to guide locals/tourists.

Always check the weather forecast first before going here. I was unable to make it to the top and just reached 1500 stops due to heavy rain. Still an amazing place for exercise.

The climb to the mountain top was very tiring but once you get to the top all that hard work will be worth it. You can see the whole Dipolog City.

One of the best experience I've been into. The fruit trees (soursoup) that serve as a shade for people who climb there makes it more exciting. Once your on top its the best feeling you achieved.

The challenge is real! Tip of the bunch of kuyas we met along the way is to take it real slow if you're not hiker so you can reach the peak

  • 5/5 Corky Hope M. 5 years ago on Google
Steep but easy coz of the concrete stairs. Might take a beginner 2 hours to go up and 1 hour to go down. There's a community at the peak where you can buy food and water, drink coffee and even sing karaoke. :) please do. Not leave trash behind.

Carried our mountain bike here using a back pack. And biking downhill at the back of Linabo Peak. It's the day I'll never forget.

Great view at the peak. But the viewing deck has been vandalized completely, it's unappealling.

It was a very great experience even tough it was totally a nerve racking experience why? bacause its my first trecking experience and who would've thought that I can make it a 4,000 steps.

It was hard to go to the top, there were less tree's as you went up and it's super hot, I didn't even get to vandalize the property, even though there were already so much of it vandalize because I forgot to bring a marker, and there weren't much people that climb that day so I couldn't borrow one. I did pee at the cave (not big), So who ever is going to sit there will forever be marked by my urine.
