Enjoy a wonder walk along the canal in Aveiro. This is a fun quiet place to hang around for couple of hours. I like the view in the afternoon, such a beautiful sunset. Then went to a coffee shop and tried some local sweets, which were extremely high in sugar but delicious.

Very pretty with the ribbons, present everywhere in the city by the way! Love the atmosphere in the centrum, very lovely! Portuguese Venise 🎭

If you get a chance, you should definitely visit Aveiro - the Venice of Portugal. The boat trips are also worth it - be prepared to wait a bit though. Take a stroll around the city, you won’t regret it. It’s quite crowded on the weekend - better be there early.

My favourite place in Portugal! Cute, lots of shops and food places. You can easily spend a day and explore the whole town.

Just outside the Forum shopping mall you'll find two bridges - this one with colorful ribbon stripes and other one with four bronze sculptures. It's just a nice photo op.

Amazing little town. People very friendly and boat guides very knowable. A trip on the boats are a must as you get to see a lot in a short space of ti.e with great photo opportunities.

Food is fresh and delicious, price is cheaper compared to typical tourist places. Atmosphere is friendly, recommends for people who loves to feel local Portuguese restaurant (Menu is only in Portuguese).

Good view of the people cruising Little Venice. Ribbons instead of padlocks made the bridge more colorful. Must try when visiting Aveiro :D

Couples that are dating and cross this bridge, tie ribbons onto the bridge. Great view of the bridge when you take the gondola boat tour of the Ria de Aveiro.

Nice place to be and see little boats floating by. It is easily accessible the inner city. Especially nice to get out of the masses of people in the shopping mall.
