Sound & Wilderness Retreat update. 14th / 18th of April > It was just a blast! Leonie & Andy are an amazing team. Both facilitators bring a lot of depth, joy and safe feeling to this weekend. I could really be who I truly am. The program is very strong. Great balance between diving deep in your inner soul but also with some relaxt time to integrate! The place is just amazing & the food was delicious & healthy! I went into a personal travel and I really came out lighter and more balanced. I just loved it ♥️💓 Massages & Soundbath > I had several massages and soundhealings from Leonie and I can only say that she is one of the best! I had several massages before from different clinics but Leonie has the capability to understand the body perfectly. She is very strong and she makes sure she finds all the knots and areas that are stuck. She pays a lot of attention to the overall balance of the human body. Its a big 10/10 for the massages. The one on one or group soundhealings are truly a moment of reconnecting with the body and mind. She makes sure that you feel safe and relaxed before the session, she guides you trough the sessions and gives you time and space to ask questions after a session. Just try and you will see!

Leonie is a whole other experience! Not your regular massage, she uses different techniques than any wellness center treatment. She targets points of stress and dedicates all her energy to you. Myself I have a wellness background and had many massages! This is one of the absolute best and would extremely recommend her to everyone! Lovely personality and good energy she brings with her :) I'm a regular client of hers and will always come back! 12 out of 10 !!

Leonie is great. She is very convincing. And very in touch with herself and the people around her. Her energy is infectious. Although sound healing is considered at times slightly "woo woo" I recommend trying Leonie's techniques out to all of my clients and I will be working with Leonie again in the future, she also offers dance therapy, yoga and meditation.

It has been an incredible experience!! I have no words to explain how good I felt. I didn't go looking for anything and after the session I got a lot of things... seeing my soul and energies with the sounds was outstanding!! I was able to connect with my feelings in a deep meditation and calm my ego. Leo has a beautiful energy, she's charismatic, simple and very professional. I absolutely recommend soundhealing, it is a one-way journey to know new and magical sensations. Thaaaanks Leoooooo!

I always leave my sound healing with Leonie walking on clouds. I highly recommend her sound bath and aura healing as it makes me feel more connected to myself and stress free for the next few weeks. She’s also a very fun and kind person.

Words cannot fully describe, but I will try. I wasn't looking for a breath work session, but when I ran into Leonie and she told me about her work, I knew it was something I could use. I was nervous about the appointment because I didn't know what it would release or how I'd handle it. But as soon as I arrived, she put me at ease and created a safe and pleasant environment. The session was fantastic! She went over everything we were going to do, what I could expect, and how she'd make sure I was in good hands. I've gotten a lot out of the session because breathing is much easier now, and the exercises have helped me sleep better as well. I will definitely return to go deeper in my search for trauma release and would highly recommend it.

My first aura healing session with the body and sound sister, Leonie! She has a fantastic way of explaining things and making the experience feel at ease. We had a chat about what was alive in us which was great to feel into the session. And I loved how she incorporated some breath work into the process. It added a really powerful part to it. The session was very meaningful. I felt seen, heard, and so much lighter leaving. It was definitely the most potent experience I had with sound healing. I’d really recommend a sound session with her. They somehow managed to make this retreat an unforgettable group bonding experience whilst taking us all on our own differentiated personal journey. It was magic- highly recommend!!
