Reception is bad: long waiting time Rooms are no where near 5 stars. I haven been in 3 star hotels in the days before and after that where much better. The shower temp fluctuates and there is hardly pressure on the water. The food buffet and from the tapasbar is good and the staff there is friendly and nice. Pool is small and there is nothing else to do in the neighbourhood.

Beautiful setting, Instagrammable landscape views, superb quality food and rooms are generous and very comfortable. Visited twice in last two years and had a great stay both times. Highly recommend Full Pension for families that want comfort and tranquility. The rooms are designed for spacious comfort and invite you to spend significant time relaxing. Facilities are great and fulfilled my needs. Staff are friendly and professional.

Indoor Pool / Whirlpool not included. Be careful this happens sometimes in Spain and is not fairplay at all at those hotel prices. Not booking this Unfairplay Hotel.

Horrible experience, wasn´t happy at all with the wrong information provided at check in. Went for lunch to try and reassess the situation but the food was so bad for a so-called 5* luxury resort decided would rather go home than stay somewhere that did not live up to expectations. This was a birthday gift which was extended for another night prior to arrival as was expecting a luxury, foodie weekend experience. Realising this was not to be, decided to check out immediately and asked to be refunded for the night that had been prepaid and was met with excuses designed as a delaying tactic. This was paid for via Expedia who after contact informed me they would be happy to refund the money upon instruction from the hotel. This has never been forthcoming, they have basically refused this & body swerved the entire situation. The manager was false in stating he would assist in this but upon calling the hotel after getting no response, had the phone hung up on me three times. Most unnecessary reaction, totally unprofessional. Customer service rating ZERO. Recommendation is to avoid this place and go somewhere that can give you more than all fur coat & no knickers!

Very nice, extremely helpful and friendly service, nice golf course. Many little unexpected touches like cleaning your car windscreen in the underground parking garage so when you leave all is in order. Definitely recommended for a golf holiday. Can be very windy which adds to golf challenges.

Lovely golf course! Lovely hotel. Staff goes above and beyond. Customer service is excellent - even going to the extent of washing our car's windshield while it was parked in the garage. The last 22 kilomètres of the drive is on a narrow and curvey road.

This is a great place to stay even if you don’t golf. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had a great view of the valley and rice paddies below. The restaurants were very good and the free morning buffet had both hot and cold dishes. Close to Medina-Sidonia. If you a birder, you are in the middle of rice paddy fields filled with shorebirds and migrants. Staff was great, even gave us a goody bag of treats for our journey.

Great value for money, the deluxe room has great views over the valley, the breakfast buffet has everything you could desire, and together with the golf promo it is just unbeatable value! The golf course in great condition and few players to be found....ok, we were there the opening days of the season after the 8 months covid closedown.

Lovely resort if a little remote. Really enjoyed the golf course. One of the best conditioned course we played and a really challenging course. The par five are a bit short.

Fantastic staff. Excellent food. challenging golf. Unbelievable value. Will be back.
