Great beach that can get a little crowded at times. Lifeguards are on duty during the season. Shallow water, and not a lot of waves. There are also small karts there for handicapped people. Dogs are not allowed! Parking is free, and a lot of spaces.

Really nice little beach, hidden away from all the touristic area and so feels a little bit more private. It does have a lot of seaweed floating around however, it does not smell and it's very clean.

One of the best views of the west side of Costa del Sol you can get from a beach. It gets a bit crowded during the season but still a good place to have a swim and play. 2 restaurants are providing food and drinks at decent prices. Easily accessible from A-7 freeway.

Lovely sandy beach very safe and protected by being in a bay. Toilets and life guards on the beach. Restaurant and sun beds available if you want them. Have been a number of times, but went for the first time in October today and although still a great beach it appears the lifeguards don't patrol after the end of September and the toilets were closed. Bars were still open.

Fantastic family friendly beach that gets very busy. There are 2 Chiringuito's that offer sunbeds. The seabed is sandy, shallow, and most of it is protected by the breakwater, ideal for children. There is lots of free parking. We visited twice during our holiday and enjoyed both day's.

A very friendly place for families. The water is shallow, so it's perfect for going on a beach with small children. A bit crowded on weekends, but the rocks are full of crabs and the little ones love it.

. A great beach, family-orientated. The beach is protected from winds and corresponding rougher seas by the breakwater. The sands slope gently in the water, no sudden deep bits, so great for children. Not so great for adults wanting to swim, of course! Good sand for building sandcastles. Two chiringuito beach bars for drinks, snacks or full meals. There are sunshades and loungers for hire. Children's playground and an adult outdoor gym. Parking is on a non-tarmacked surface. Gets crowded in summer as all the local families bring the children here. Top beach for families.

Lovely little beach, calm waters so great for kids. There are 2 bars/restaurants you can hire beds and cabanas from or just set up camp on the sand. Plenty of public toilets and showers to use. While we was there you could hire, pedalo’s and paddle boards. The drive down from the road to the beach is not great but do not let that put you off carry on down 👍🏻 free parking too.

We spent an afternoon here. There are two restaurants and a place where you can rent paddle boats. The beach is ok, nothing special. The water was very calm but dirty and there was some jelly fish. The paddle boat guy was super rude. We returned the paddle boat within 15 minutes but he still charged us for the hour. It's not about the extra 5 euros but his attitude really sucked. He literally said 'not my problem". We rented a beach bed and it was 10 euros per bed which is again pretty pricey. But it is a relaxed beach and if you have kids they definitely would have fun.

This crescent shaped beach is sheltered from the elements and the sea is shallow, making a great beach to bring the kids. It does get very noisy and crowded in summer though.

Very calm, shallow water beach - good for kids. Nearby toilets, showers and sunbeds to rent. Two bars on site selling drinks/snacks etc. Parking is out in the open ie. No shade.

Lovely beach, very clean and shallow water with no waves. You can paddle out quite far just up to waist deep. If you stand still, you'll see plenty of little fish through the clear water. Showers on site to wash sand off and lots of free parking nearby. I'd bring some snacks and drinks with you as the restaurant is poor. The beech gets very busy over weekends and summer holidays, as expected. There are some sunbeds and shade but you have to be early.

An absolutely stunning beach. Lovely and clean with fantastic facilities. The water is nice and shallow for a long way out. This is unusual for this part of the world. It means the water is also slightly warmer here compared to other beaches near by. The views down the coast are breathtaking. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and Morroco. It's not easy to access the beach by foot as it's a bit tucked away.

Small cove with soft sand and shallow water. Two chiringuitos offering food, drinks and sun loungers in season.

This is a very nice beach, no stones sand is just OK. Not the greatest quality but a lot better than the rest around. Great for swimming.

Beautiful safe beach for children. As it is in a bay, you do not suffer from the tide and waves so much Whereas up the other end of Estapona near Bikini Beach, you do have to watch out for rip-tides

Beautiful beach with shallow and calm waters. A little effort is required to drive here but well worth the effort and on the day we visited many people had managed. The Chinguito was terrific with great food served in a friendly and efficient manner. My first visit but there will be many more.

Excellent beach very shallow water for the kids, no poo. And there are 2 beach bars which are both great. You can hire pedalos and there are lots of public toilets

Packed beach full of children in summer. Used to be great but now it’s being taken over by luxury expensive buildings . Pity it won’t be as it has been for much longer

Best beach in area for kids, parents can be more relaxed as it’s not too deep and no waves, so children are safe. Sun beds available 10 euro per bed. Plenty of space for your own tents or beds. Quite busy during holidays as many families come here with children. Very nice restaurant serving the best paella I had in Spain, Havana. Beach has all you need, free parking, WC, showers. Drinks and waiter services at sun beds as they belong to restaurants. Card payment for sun beds acceptable.

Very nice and calm beach. Visited outside of the main season we could park nearby, find spot on the beach to stay for the whole day. Only I wish there was more than one option to buy some refreshments. (both times we visited only 1 of 2 bars/restaurants was open)

I live just by this bay, it is a beautiful setting, nice clean beach, both chiringuitos offer good food and drink (usually, depending on how busy) perfect for families as it is very safe for children

Just so beautiful! The best beach to take your kids. So shallow for ages in the cove. Parking right next to the beach, and bar right there too! Perfect! Life guards whistle when the kids go too far out too so they are really on it there. Brilliant!

Pretty and family friendly beach at the West end of town. Super for a safe swim and clean. Two good beach bars/restaurants with sunbeds & parasol rental if wanted. Many locals use this as their preferred beach at the end of the day and there is a great vibe at leading up to sunset

Of course it gets muddy in rain and your shoes are always dirty and sandy but the location is absolutely recommended fir a romantic setup, fishing and free camping. In walking distance to everything

Nice accesible beach especially for the kids. Depending on the wind direction it is protected by the wall they have. If blowing from West though can receive lots of dirt or jellyfish depending on the season. 2 chiringuitos on this beach

Nice man made beach that is great for kids as it stays quite shallow for at least 100 metres out. One bar and one restaurant down there too. Car parking is fine but surface is poor.

Nice calm little bay away from the bigger waves. Great for kids to play in. Couple of wee beach bars available.

😐 The place looks cool with all the vibrant colours and deco right in front of the ocean. 👍👍 Great place in Estepona and one of our favorites. We discovered the main courses this time, normally we eat the tapas. And they were awesome!! Especially the recommendation of the veal! They even started with an olive oil tasting for free, how nice! 🤩
