very poor service. rude recepcion, not willing to work and answer simple questions. Administrators Manuel and Jose were not able to answer questions about spa and I had to wait literary one hour for spa recepcion to open just to ask one question, without even being sure that I will use it. very disrespectful treatment of visitors time. sad example of poor spanish service. this hotel does not deserve 3 stars. recepcion does not speak English! The app with information on prices does not work, administrators do not know how to use the app and how to make it work.

It meets expectations. Nice beach views! Service is a bit slow at reception and rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything from the neighbours. Overall good for the price!

Comfortable and clean hotel at a great location with good breakfast and an excellent swimming pool

We stayed in a top-floor, oceanview room with terrace and had a lovely get-away stay that included cocktails at the bar, breakfast at the buffet, a spa treatment with massage and a choice of where to enjoy the afternoon; at the enormous pool or the white, sandy beach. Highly recommend!

For the location I'd give 5 stars. Directly at the beach. You can pay for the room with a sea view. I was disappointed with the breakfast & dinner buffets. The choice seems large but they don't offer any vegetables (I guess it is a general problem with Spain). And they don't speak English. Even people at the reception desk... In the restaurant they could not understand our room number or words like "butter"... I would still return because of the beach proximity.

It's like a run down Hilton trying to be a boutique hotel. Great for a stay, friendly staff, but feels like you're on a cruise ship full of a vast array of interesting characters. Rooms are small and reconditioning was freezing... I imagine in the height of summer it would be an "It" place to be with live shows at night, a poolside bar and beach access surrounded by spins version of Australia's Gold Coast

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the hotel. Bathrooms dirty, not cleaned at all. Food cannot be eaten. I advise against.

Poor hotel, nothing as described on booking, small rooms, I reserved a doble bedroom with king size bed and received a small room with 2 single beds, paid for spa, but they didn't book it so couldn't use spa, paid the second day small spa 3 showers, 1 jacuzzi 2 small saunas, waste of money! Also the receptionist treated us very bad, didn't wanna give the room because we didn't have our passport and we presented our resident card and he didn't accept them

Staff at reception were not friendly or helpful. The hotel itself is old and mucky. Hotel room, bathroom and beds outdated, not comfortable. Breakfast has good choice. If you have a room overlooking the beach you will see an amazing sunset.

Very average hotel with limited services in late May. Room was basic, no frills but comfortable. Despite hotel being rather empty we had to wait until after 2 pm for check-in. Most disappointing was pool area. They do not provide towels but recommended to go buy our own from the shops in the area. Pool bar & restaurant was closed. Returning in evening proved to have most of lights off in the lobby which was a rather eerie feeling. We only stayed 1 night and decided to try another place with better services.

Very crowded on the weekend and kind of the noisy/busy atmosphere. Breakfast was good, personnel/service very nice also. Location is top.

Great spot for a visit but for a long work trip summertime very noisy with sea view at night. Ant problem by the sliding door to balcony. Sink was lose reported to hotel never fixed. Room good size. Internet ok. The pool is only one depth not good for just hanging out in the water or kids. Pool closes too early. Food is buffet not bad but same items every week.

The cost per night is exaggerated compared to the service offered, the rooms are with old furnishings, broken windows, torn pillows and laundry, the exterior of the rooms of our floor were peeling off but the staff ignored the thing. The reception does not give information and does not speak good English, parking is paid and of course is unattended. 180€ per night for 2 people is really too much, I expected more, the quality is 2 stars. Two stars only for the location and the pool that is not bad.

I actually frquent the hotel to drink coffee and never stayed overnight, the reason I recommend the lounge bar which has open view of the beach so you can watch your family while occupied by work. I went there 8+ times but contributed less than 20 euro for coffee etc altogether.

Located just few steps away from the sea. Clean but old furnished.
