RESPONSE:
This
post
was
originally
made
4
months
ago
but
I
appreciate
your
acknowledgment
for
my
efforts.
You
have
a
trend
of
ignoring
constructive
criticism,
as
can
be
seen
from
many
responses
over
the
years.
The
gym
opened
in
2014
and
it
appears
from
the
original
photos
that
you
still
use
some
advertising
that
displays
the
same
equipment.
Yes
there
are
a
few
new
items
but
so
there
should
be
after
9
years
of
constant
use.
I
agree
some
photos
used
do
make
the
spa
for
instance
look
great
but
photoshop
is
an
amazing
tool.
Some
photos
are
not
close
to
current.
White
and
cream
tiles
should
not
have
yellow
stains
and
white
grout
imbedded
with
bacteria
and
body
fat
etc.
Staff
when
asked
do
agree
as
itās
hard
to
deny
but
management
seem
to
live
in
denial.
I
am
not
going
to
pick
holes
in
the
response
line
by
line
and
merely
suggest
that
agreeing
with
every
positive
statement
whilst
contradicting
or
ignoring
every
negative
statement
speaks
for
itself.
A
health
facility
has
two
key
requirements:
1.
A
clean
and
healthy
space
2.
A
safe
environment
for
users
Price
is
a
matter
for
you
and
what
people
will
pay
but
the
approach
that
people
will
not
pay
for
1.
Or
2.
above
does
not
mean
those
that
will
have
to
suffer
the
consequences
of
denial.
Downgraded
to
1
star
as
you
are
living
in
denial
also
for
removing
the
gym
temperature
gauge
and
putting
a
label
over
the
wall
mounted
display
so
it
cannot
be
read.
Itās
far
too
hot.
UPDATE:
Downgraded
from
3
stars
to
2
stars
because
despite
putting
up
prices
twice
in
a
very
short
period,
the
Spa
was
closed
for
4
months
allegedly
to
change
an
electrical
part
and
to
obtain
a
small
amount
of
pine
panelling
for
the
saunas.
Clearly
an
excuse
to
cut
electricity
costs
because
now
members
who
want
to
use
the
spa
are
expected
to
change
their
routine
to
fit
in
with
half
day
availability
of
the
sauna
and
steam
room
where
on
certain
days
it
is
only
open
part
of
any
day.
If
you
sell
facilities
then
they
need
to
be
available
to
use
at
all
times
of
attendance
of
ALL
members.
GOOD
This
business
has
free
parking
but
itās
often
full.
The
cafeteria
is
excellent
though
a
little
expensive.
The
PƔdel
facility
is
good
and
is
regularly
used.
This
is
one
of
the
better
Gyms
available
BUT
two
new
ones
in
construction
will
take
members
if
things
donāt
improve
drastically
before
completion.
AVERAGE
Problems
with
machinery
wear
is
slow
to
be
rectified.
Reports
to
staff
seem
to
have
little
effect
and
I
have
twice
been
injured
by
lack
of
action
to
reports.
The
roof
terrace
can
be
too
hot,
too
cold,
or
too
wet
as
it
has
no
cover.
The
prices
are
too
high
with
declining
services
and
old
equipment.
The
new
fans
do
not
cool
the
air
but
as
the
seller
states,
they
are
CHEAP
TO
RUN,
and
the
breeze
does
give
a
PERCEIVED
IMPRESSION
of
a
lower
temperature
but
only
when
close
to
them
sadly.
POOR
Emails
are
not
answered.
There
is
no
complaints
book
in
the
gym
to
report
issues.
Insufficient
gym
staff
who
cover
classes
so
are
often
not
in
the
gym.
Apathetic
gym
staff
who
could
help
or
manage
training
and
gym
protocol
properly.
As
mentioned
elsewhere,
people
hogging
equipment
whilst
using
mobile
phones
should
not
be
allowed
and
returning
equipment
to
the
PROPER
PLACE
should
not
be
optional.
The
sand
from
the
PƔdel
court
makes
the
changing
room
floor
a
mess
and
ends
up
all
over
the
clean
bags
etc
of
non
users.
The
cleaning
of
the
changing
rooms,
showers
and
spa
is
unsanitary.
The
bugs,
and
bacteria
on
the
floor,
tiles
and
drain
outlets
is
obvious
and
ignored.
The
temperature
in
the
gym
in
summer
can
be
early
30ās
when
the
recommended
healthy
temperature
is
early
20ās
and
for
a
working
environment
I
am
told
is
illegal
over
26.
Teaching
by
example
not
by
notices
which
when
ignored
results
in
no
āadviceā
is
not
working.
