Golf
and
resort
Ona
Valle
Romano.
Is
a
decent
hotel
that
I'm
not
sure
how
it's
rated
as
a
four-star
hotel.
The
location
is
poor
in
comparison
to
other
hotels,
as
the
only
way
to
leave
and
return
to
the
hotel
is
by
personal
transportation
or
taxi.
The
hotel's
service
is
appalling.
Ivan,
the
manager,
I
believe,
is
to
blame.
Staff
are
arrogant
and
entitled,
and
are
not
open
to
criticism.
As
a
student,
I've
been
at
the
resort
for
four
months,
and
a
lot
has
happened
during
that
time.
To
begin,
a
staff
member
stole
my
airpods
case
while
I
was
inside
the
house,
and
when
I
complained
immediately,
they
never
took
action
or
paid
for
a
new
airpod
case.Another
example
of
inadequate
hotel
service
and
management.
Yesterday,
Monday
afternoon.
While
I
was
napping
with
deep
lament.
A
large
black
wooden
board
that
hangs
above
the
bed
frame
in
the
hotel
apartment
suite.
I
fell
and
scratched
my
left
side
of
my
forehead,
requiring
me
to
be
rushed
to
the
hospital
because
I
was
bleeding
nonstop
and
in
excruciating
pain,
and
I
received
six
stitches
on
my
left
side
of
my
forehead.
Even
though
the
board
barely
touched
my
head,
it
caused
that
much
damage.
There
are
no
structural
damages,
but
I'll
be
concussed
for
at
least
another
week
or
two
because
of
the
stitches.
Even
being
exposed
to
daylight
is
prohibited.I've
only
mentioned
what
happened
to
me,
which
is
an
unfortunate
situation
that
I'd
rather
not
discuss.
But
I
have
no
choice.
Because,
while
this
was
happening,
and
my
housemate
quickly
informed
and
rushed
me
to
the
reception,
they
were
slow
to
assist
me
and
reluctant
to
take
me
to
the
hospital
and
give
me
the
immediate
medical
assistance
that
I
needed
because
I
was
dizzy
and
bleeding
visibly.
They
followed
by
refusing
to
assist
in
any
way.
When
I
had
an
open
wound
across
my
head,
I
had
to
call
my
own
Uber
to
get
to
the
hospital.
This
resulted
in
six
sticthes,
a
few
scratches
on
my
head,
and
a
concussion.The
following
day,
I
informed
my
school's
head
of
accommodation
and
the
hotel
manager
of
what
had
occurred,
sharing
photos
and
evidence
of
the
accident.
My
university's
head
of
accommodation
came
to
talk
to
me
and
try
to
understand
what
happened,
and
told
me
that
the
hotel
didn't
know
how
they
could
help
me
because
it
was
a
situation
that,
according
to
the
manager,
had
never
happened.
They
went
on
to
say
that
they
couldn't
be
held
liable
for
something
that
never
happened
because
it
couldn't
be
their
fault
that
an
object
fell
on
a
customer's
head
who
had
paid
to
stay
in
the
hotel
until
May.
I
didn't
even
sue
the
hotel
for
what
happened.
I
simply
asked
them
to
cover
my
medical
expenses,
and
they
have
yet
to
reimburse
me.Nothing
has
been
said
since
I
sent
an
email.
I
haven't
heard
anything
from
the
manager
except
that
he
went
to
check
on
other
apartments
to
see
if
the
wooden
boards
were
properly
fixed,
but
he
didn't
bother
to
check
on
the
apartment
where
the
structure
fell.
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
something
has
fallen.
Late
December
of
last
year.
A
piece
of
the
roof
from
my
friend's
house
landed
on
his
head.
I
also
recall
an
incident
in
which
a
mirror
fell
on
the
sofa
while
we
were
watching
TV.
Fortunately,
the
first
two
times
this
happened,
no
one
was
hurt,
but
the
third
time
something
similar
happened,
I
was
severely
injured
in
my
head.
That
information
should
be
taken
as
fact
by
the
manager.
I
can
confidently
guarantee
that
if
a
survey
was
required,99%
of
the
students
in
the
residence
would
express
some
level
of
dissatisfaction.
Whether
it's
with
hotel
staff
treatment,
cleaning
services,
or
accidents
like
mine
where
something
fell
on
top
of
someone.
if
you
want
to
spend
your
vacation
in
a
safe
and
pleasant
environment.
Save
your
money
and
don't
bother
making
a
reservation
at
this
hotel.
