Quality is acceptable and prices are reasonable. Nice selection of housewares for kitchen, bath, dining, outdoor living. Currently, many holiday decorations are available.

Nice range on offer but on the couple of occasions we visited staff seemed generally unwelcoming and disinterested . For goodness sake fix the broken speakers blaring out distorted, poor quality background music .. Sounds terrible and feels like nobody cares!

Nice shop, conveniently located with great parking facilities. I'd like to see more variety given the large size of this CASA. Also many price tags are missing which is unfortunate. But I really enjoy visiting this shop every so often 😌

Its actually my favourite store to go and shop for the home. But this Casa in Estepona is the one with the worst service. The service is always extremely slow and not friendly. If you ask for help, it feels like you are annoying them. I only come back due to the products, definitely not for the lack of service. The Casa concern should bring some attention to this store and the lack of customer service. For that reason, I can only give them 3 out of 5.
