Had to cancel my reservation due to covid travel restrictions, was late by about 5 hours after free cancelation, and 1 month before actual check-in. Asked kindly to waive the fee, but they charged my full price anyway. Would I go to this hotel next summer ? No way.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. It’s a family owned hotel and their approach is very personal. They did everything make my stay as pleasant as possible. It has good parking , a nice bar with excellent breakfast, and within 5 minutes you are on the beach. Definitely staying at this hotel again.

Last minute booking due to family death. They were very professional. Room was very clean with ensuite. Excellent value. Have a cafe/bar attached service was good.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, it is owned by two brothers, by the second day my wife and i felt like a part of the family, it is perfectly clean, they have a lovely modern bar just feet away from the relaxing outside seating area overlooking the sea, we were brought snacks while we relaxed outside. For all people who read my reviews you know i tell it how it is, this is a lovely relaxing place across the road from the beach. It appeared to be a one night stop off hotel for people travelling through estepona, perfect, your on the A7, just drive out the ample carpark and your on your way. Try it.

The owners, brothers Gabriel and Antonio Carmona are excellent hosts. Friendly, fluent in English and so helpful with directions to local places of interest. This is my first visit to Estepona since 1980. No hotel then, but my accommodation back then can be seen from my room balcony with wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea shore.

Wonderful place to stay, very friendly rooms very clean and tidy near to Manilva and Estepona, Hotel has parking.

I stayed only one night and had a very warm welcome despite arriving late at night they found me a room, which was very big and super clean, the owner Gabriel is very kind and was a great help . I will definitely will stay here again !

While the hotel is a little 90s looking, it's surprisingly serene inside and the non-sea facing rooms are quiet. Great location and definitely value for money.

Reception excellent friendly and welcoming. Very clean, fresh, bright room. Plain and simple no frills. Great shower boiling water and great pressure. Don't worry about the road you can barely hear it through the triple glazed windows. For a two star hotel really good value. Parking out front no hassle.

Very nice family hotel with great strategic location if you have your own car. Rooms are nice, clean with great view. Breakfast are prepared for each guest separately, if you need any changes (as gluten free) everything is possible there, just feel free to ask. It is just 4 minutes far from nice not overcrowded beach. As a plus, althought we have not paid for that ;) we have luck to see dolphines “playing” in the sea right from the balcony!

This is an excellent boutique hotel with impeccable service. It is spotlessly clean with up-to-date amenities. The hotel is in a good location between Estepona and San Luis de Sabinillas, and just five minutes from the beach.

Fantastic hotel, great atmosphere, lovely rooms, good parking facilities. Owners very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Great service, but it needs an update

The bedroom was very clean as well as the bathroom.The beds were a bit on the hard side and could have done with an extra pillow.The road in front of the hotel you could only hear a bit of the traffic as it is well soundproofed with triple glazing.

the view of the sea, the room & balcony, the staff & even the cafe downstairs had a smile on our faces our entire stay for the 6 days/5 nights. family owned & operated, free parking too!!
