Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is included and has great selection of meats, fruits, pastries. Parking is free on the street but not in the hotel garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free by the poolside but not on the beach. This hotel is full of families with very young kids, nothing wrong with it but if you're looking for some R&R by the pool this is not the place. Roaches, ants and bugs are roaming in the room.

Hands down the best hotel I've EVER been to and I've travelled a lot. They went over and above all the time. Everything was perfect. Cannot fault it. Even delivered champagne to the room FOC on birthday without prompting. Incredible place. We never go back to same place but this one we will.

Great place to go with kids. Resort like environment. Good buffet. Prices at the pool are way too high. Good service. A bit crowded and noisy, but if you are looking for s place where to have fun and eat as much as you can, this is it.

Good hotel, they do a show every night around 11 pm. They have alot of activities for children, good food but not a lot of variation. Even tho it's a good 4 star hotel it's much to expensive, If you want drinks with your dinner you pay have to pay (unless you are all inclusive). The beach is beautiful to sit but swimming could be dangerous because the waves are very big. It's 15 Euro's for parking at the hotel. It is environmentally friendly! When you walk towards the beach there is a path you can walk it's good for walking and working out. Overall good hotel but expensive.

Clean, nice, quiet, CLEAN, beautiful, comfy, secure, literally 15 meters to the beach, big pool, clean and clean. The only bad thing about the mansion that it's not mine! Oh, and one more good thing: it's clean.

We stayed here for a few days while in a Spain tour. It was a great location on the coast and set up perfectly for travelers. Breakfasts were excellent and beach area, beautiful. Only problem for us is that it was a weekend celebrating Halloween so they had special rates for families. Result was a very noisy place that weekend until at least midnight. Few of us slept very well those nights. There are restaurants nearby, but tricky walk around round abouts. Restaurants accessible by walking the beach were in the process of closing for season so hour a were limited. Think this place would likely have been far better on a different weekend. Staff was very helpful and kind. Very clean rooms.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Could have more vegan food options, rice without oil and more fruit variety, salad option is great. At night it was sometimes noisy and the bright lamps were annoying. At the spa programm most of the pools and saunas didnt worked. Otherwise beautiful hotel with nice interior.

The hotel is one of the best I have ever been to but the service sometimes is a bit overwhelming because the waiters ask too many time if you need something (in my opinion of course). Rooms are clean and food is alright. Location is a bit bad if you want to visit surroundings by feet, but if you have a car is no problem as nice towns are around.

Rooms clean and relatively up to date. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location right on beach. Taking off one star for the Wi-Fi that barely worked, and one star for the food, which wasn't great. The girl leading the exercises at the pool for an hour every day with the horrible music, I could have done without that as well. It's not a luxury place but wasn't expecting that for the price.

Me, my wife and my 3 months old son have been there during the last week of August 2021 for a 5 night stay. One can see that the hotel is well taken cared of. The infrastructure is great and the cleanness of common space is great! The furniture and decoration is very good for a summer vacation. Our room was very nice with a nice side view to the sea and was cleaned every day. We were happy with this! A great part of this hotel is the fact that it is at the beach (literally - see on google map) so one can easily go to the beach and relax and since it is more a family hotel the pool is more a-pool-for-adults-taking-their-children. The beach itself is nice but one has to be careful with the stones on the 2 meters long at the water line. The staff at the reception were very welcoming! It created a very nice feeling. Thank you. Generally the staff is helpful and polite while things flow normally. When misunderstandings arise or you have either constructive feedback to give to them or complain about some attitude that is not acceptable then there it is very noticeable they are not prepared to continue to make your visit comfortable. It is noticeable the lack of emotional and communication skills when dealing with situations that require a bit more of discernment/communication. It makes no sense to charge for the drinks in a breakfast and dinner pack. Put it on the total price. Anyways this and also other information could be given in the welcoming phase to avoid unwanted situations. Good luck and I hope this feedback helps on your improvement.
