I am finally writing this long overdue review for Alba Woodard and Terra Meridiana. Alba has been amazing since the day we met a few years back and has since become a close friend. Alba is an extremely knowledgeable agent and super relaxed and friendly. She has helped me not just look for a dream home but also with personal matters unrelated to the property world. This wonderful agency can be found in the old town on Calle Caridad and is run by Adam Neale (who writes for The Olive Press newspaper and others due to the levels of his knowledge and experience) so if you're passing then pop in and say hello to either Adam or Alba or another member of the super team and rest assured they will do all the rest and more ! Adam just helped me find an answer to a pressing real estate tax minutia issue, that was nevertheless a big problem for me. I found his site online using search terms related to the problem. I called the number shown, and he was right there, kind and courteous, and asked me to write an email with the details. He consulted the lawyer he works with and had my answer in an email the next morning. It’s heartening to know that there people who will take their time to do a good deed and a very helpful thing!

We have purchased an apartment in Estepona via this agency. They spent a lot of time with us showing many different options based on our parameters. It is always different to see the property yourself. They were very fair, helped us with legal stuff and they are helping us even after the sale with furnishing and fixing some stuff. Adam and his team are incredibly down to earth. All the staff have lived in the area most of their lives, and the local knowledge shows. There is none of the usual "Real Estate Sales Pitch". They simply listened to what I wanted in terms of property requirements, location and price, and showed me properties accordingly. Myself and my wife bought an apartment near Puerto Banus through Terra Meridiana in 2011. All our dealing with Adam or Theodora have been very satisfactory. They are both extremely professional in their jobs. Adam showed us several apartments before we decided on one. All were in line with our specifications and none were a waste of time. After we bought the property we engaged Theodora to look after it for us. She visits regularly, and sorts out any problems, broadband or phone not working etc. Also she can find good cleaners if required..
