The rooms are very good (5 star for the rooms) breakfast is very low (disappointing) rating it looks like a 3 star hotel, after 10h30pm you will not be able to have food, this is not of a 5 star hotel standard. Felix restaurant it is very very good. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have anyone to help with luggage. The people on the reception are very nice and they will TRY to help in every aspect. But still missing the 5th star.

The hotel has a wonderful view. All the dishes I tried were exquisite, in quality and presentation. The room is very quiet and comfortable. A place to feel at home with a terrace to enjoy the sea. And of course the staff is excellent and with a professional and close treatment. Totally recommended.

A side note: I went to the spa for a facial & it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Since then my skin has been glowing, and I bought all of their in-house products. Highly recommend. We rent a long-term apartment from Las Dunas, and it is great. Although, I really condemn the price for the gym facilities. It is something like 105 a month, and no option for family bundles or anything. Understandable for short-term stays, but not long-term renters... I would really appreciate if this got revised.

Beautiful hotel that has great facilities, amazing view, and beautiful rooms. If you’re looking for some unique Spanish luxury try this hotel. Please be aware that it can be a bit far from the centre of Marbella.

Had lunch on the beach restaurant... So bad I cannot believe.... Service wasn't too bad but we shared a lobster and fennel risotto..... Well 2 or 3 pieces of lobster and NO sign or flavour of fennel... As for the rice....sloppy at best. And for €35pp🙄.. Won't be back any time soon.....

Condition of the hotel is terrible. Absolutly not worth going to. Please avoid this place. Gym is old and smells really bad. Superior rooms are dark and outdated. Maintance hasn't been done in a while. Restaurant also smells like a wet dog.

We stayed here with kids. Although it's not a typical family hotel we had a very good time. The hotel is very quiet and you almost don't see the other quests, but at the same time it's spaceous and personnel is always available. The rooms have spacious balkonies and there is a beautiful promenade right outside the hotel territory. The service was absolutely wonderful and so was the food. Thumbs up!

Didn't enjoy this place. Good was not nice and it's expensive. Quite empty too so not much atmosphere. Service good. There were more staff than customers.

Quiet spot on seaside, the beach is not the hotspot here but there is enough activities in-house to compensate for that. Food is good, staff are helpfull and smiling. A place to relax and take care of one self.

superb terrace for lunch, super service and fantastic food

Rooms and facilities very good. Front of house staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant/room service really lets the hotel down unfortunately. Food good, but service very slow and lacks attention to the guests’ needs.
