Great box, great atmosphere, amazing crew and Next level coaches. Emma and Gabriel are definetely amazing, always giving 100% of themselves to teach and encourage the athletes to move forward with safety. I wish I could give 10 stars! Such a wonderful place to get strong, or get stronger, meet amazing people, and get wrecked, no matter your level or language. Such amazing coaches, community, business, gym, and programming. Definitely go here, whether your in the area for vacation or long term.

Crossfit Bankai has a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere. Emma and Gabriel are very competent teachers, pushing the students limits and encouraging them to give it the little extra, that matters in life as well as in crossfit. I will look forward to come back again to Manilva and to Crossfit Bankai.

If you are reading this comment it means you're considering joining Crossfit Bankai just like I did last year after a very looong break from training. My advice is just do it, try a sample class and you'll feel at home immediately with the coaches Emma, Gabriel and Guti and all the amazing people who train here. I guarantee you will so easily start or get back to training and become stronger and stronger everyday. Crossfit is for everyone but here especially you will feel good from the very first day, stay on track and challenge yourself with doing more. It's the best place to workout in a group with top class trainers. 💪🤩

Awesome gym me and my girlfriend attended while on holiday, couldn't do enough to help! Helped tweak some techniques I've been struggling with and just generally a great welcoming atmosphere!

A great place, fun, sweaty and very varied lessons/trainings for all ages. Excellent educated instructors who adapts all exercises for each person and an extra plus to the welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Strongly recommended, I'm sure: you will be satisfied 😊
