Went to Lehigh Regional Medical center emergency room Friday morning.. They were awesome. I was seen within 15 minutes. Ended up being admitted for pneumonia and low oxygen levels. Everyone was very professional and caring. I was released the next day after my numbers got better. Great experience only 3 miles from my house

My husband was admitted with COVID. While he was conscious, we had no problems. He gave the staff the information to contact me - telling them I am his wife and he wanted me to have the information and contact! Once he lost consciousness the staff stopped honoring his stated desires for me as his lawful wife to get updates on his status. It was a nightmare struggle. As he lay near death, I was being accused of not being his wife being told he was divorced being told to prove we were not divorced and then being hung up on! He died during the 27 hour struggle I went through. They didn't even notify me of his death.. I finally got that information verified by a member of their legal department! Rude, unprofessional, unethical. Contrary to law?

Don't be fooled. This hospital was the former Promise Hospital in Fort Myers Florida! Please READ their reviews before deciding to go here. They had to change their name because they were so awful. My mother had the worst care here from Dr. Bravo the Pulmonologist. Please do yourself, family, friends a favor and look into this place that was once "Promise Hospital" to see what your in for! We were pushed to go here by staff at another hospital. Many regrets

Don’t believe these 5 star ratings coming from staff members of the hospital. This hospital provided horrible care for my Mother. I only wish I had done my research before we allowed the hospital to move her here. If I had, she might still be with us today.

I have been coming here since I was little, but after I came a few years ago it was a terrible experience, so I stopped coming. I came today due to covid symptoms (no other place was available) and when they asked what I was here for, some nurse had the audacity to tell me “you’re looking about 3-5 grand this visit” so unnecessarily rude and only shows that they care about the money. Some other nurse hollering my name across the room rushing me to come in and was so impatient. Worst hospital ever, they DO NOT CARE about their patients. Do not come. Go to Gulf Coast!!

I have been recently visiting a family member here and if I could give it zero stars I would. They seem understaffed and the staff that’s there it seems like English is their second language. I kept trying to get information from the doctors but they weren’t there enough to see them. I wish we had just been able to stay at the hospital or had another option to go to. I don’t get the other reviews maybe people have lower standards than me or have not had good healthcare.

My husband was a patient for several weeks. The nursing staff is GREAT - HOWEVER, lack of communication between patient, family and staff is HORRIBLE and caused my husband much pain and suffering! They need to get their act together! A new regime took over in April and they need to get things sorted out - there is a TERRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION! For example - they recommended comfort care at the end but failed to tell us it only lasts 24 hours - He was given morphine for 24 hours and then only tylenol!!! was in extreme pain - - THANK GOD FOR HOSPICE that took him out of there and made him comfortable. i would NOT recommend this place!

My uncle was transfer from Health Park hospital to Select Specialty Hospital and he is been there over a week, since day one the service has been unprofessional, they did not have a room ready when he got to Select Hospital and it took around 9 hours for him to be able to be set up with all his needs, due to COVID-19 he is a high risk patient. The button to be able to call the nurse was no working and it pass 1 hour after someone came and help him. The nurses manners are really unprofessional, it feels they don’t like what they are doing and they afraid to go into the room. Same as the other reviews when you call it’s hard to be able to talk to a nurse and have a report, and when they answer the only response it’s that the patient is fine, they don’t give any accurate medical information. We understand the nurses are busy and we don’t expect service right away but when my uncle calls to able to go to the bathroom it takes 45min-1 hour to able to get a response. If anybody have the option to go to choose a hospital please be aware of the reviews and the service this hospital gives before you make a decision to get transfer to this hospital. We wish we can give a good review but in this case, we are not having the service we expect.

The worst hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Coyle was very disrespectful to my wife first of all. She would not give me my medication I take at home and would not help my excruciating level 9 pain. I literally sat on the side of my bed rocking back and forth in pain for six hours one night and the nurse did nothing about it and eventually stopped coming to my room at all. Dr.coyle should have her license revoked ASAP. My wife had to call management to get proper medication. I would put 0 stars if possible. Do not go to this hospital!

As an employee of the former Promise Hospital and now Select Specialty Hospital I am truly impressed with how smooth the transition was. Select Specialty has shown such support, structure and great enthusiasm to be a part of the SWFL community and to serve those in need of a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. The professionalism, camaraderie, and knowledge of all physicians, clinicians and staff is top-notch and I would not even hesitate to send a loved one to Select Specialty because I have seen first hand how wonderfully cared for our patients are. I am proud to be a part of the Select Specialty Hospital of Fort Myers team.

Not long ago my daughter went to the ER with extreme abdominal pain. Was put in a room with what looked dried blood on the floor. Hours of waiting with not even a chair to sit with her, thankfully transferred to the children's hospital after 7 hours. This morning I go in there with pain at 6am. I was the only one in the ER...not even a receptionist for several minutes to check me in. Over an hour wait while the waiting room filled. Not one person went into the actual emergency rooms, when they finally did call someone...it was not me that had been waiting the longest. The other person had left and I heard the receptionist say well He had been here first anyway. Checked the time...7:40. I went to med express. Thanks for saving me money. Didn't think I could wait until they opened but you proved me wrong. Horrible.

Very surprised to see how great this hospital got. I was hospitalized there in November and in January, and the nurses, doctors and the staff were amazingly professional, helpful, and friendly, thank y'all so much for everything. Sadly the only place in the hospital that need to be improved is the ER waiting time. But I totally recommend this hospital. And I can't forget to mention Dr. Finn best surgeon ever.

I usually don't write reviews, this will be my first. I was surprised to see this place had anything above a one star! Then, I read through, and see what other families had experienced at Select.I can honestly say this is the worst run facility my wife has ever been to in the past year she has been sick. The care was significantly below average in every way imaginable. I would never chose this Select center again. I agree with some of the other reviews that the only people giving this place a 5 star must be the misrepresenting employees themselves.

Absolutely the worst experience at any hospital I have ever been to. Unless you have zero choice don’t come here! I went at 12:30am there was a total of 4 cars in the parking lot including mine. Not exactly a busy night for a hospital well I didn’t even get my vitals checked until 4 HOURS after I got there!!! Yes hospital visits are always slow but that’s typically because they have a bunch of patients. 4 cars total for the ER I could have been so low on oxygen I could have fallen and passed out they wouldn’t have known.finally they decide to treat me after forcing them to by calling their boss. Slow lazy staff on a monster scale I have nothing but respect for the people in the medical field but I’m sorry I’m not stupid it was easy to tell the issue here is lack of urgency nothing more

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. My first visit here I had heat stroke and I could barely move or stay awake and all the nurses did was sit me in a chair in the hallway and tell me in a rude tone "wait for the doctor". I waited for 3 hours when I had enough and left the ER without being seen, when there was multiple doctors standing around doing nothing besides eating and talking. My second visit here was horrible I had to get stitches put in and I was in the waiting room for 3 hours gushing blood from the wound and I had to wait a following 4 hours just to get stitches put in. Then when I went back a week later to get the stitches out they only removed one and said "let the rest come out on their own" I went to another hospital that took them out. Don't go here this place is a joke

This place is excellent. I can go home at night because my husband is getting such great care. I am here all day and see the warm caring people taking great care of him. Nurses, doctors , CNAs, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational therapist .. EVERYONE.. They are all so caring. The cleaning people are also courteous and nice.

I was had an amazing experience at Lehigh Regional for my hysterectomy surgery. The staff from start to finish were great! I felt welcomed and comfort from knowledgeable nurses and Dr’s. They made me feel like I was their only patient. Dr. Strathman was amazing! So pleased with the facility and the staff!

My sister will be a patient here, as the family feels this is a good facility of choice. We have a larger family, and my sister has several, dear friends who will stop by randomly to visit. I'm starting review at 5 stars, lol...by sight. As we progress into the atmosphere here, I will keep readers up to date for a true, proper review. Thank you to facility, in advance.....please take good care of our sister....she is precious.

This has been by far our worst experience at any hospital. We waited almost 6 hours, the front desk staff were just. Chatting and walking around despite Several patients trying for help. There was spilled blood on the ground for over an hour after I told them about it. If you value your health don’t go to this hospital

Not even one star! The worst experience of my my life! This hospital should be shut down! I was admitted because I was sepsis. I had an allergic reaction to the first antibiotic they gave me. Nurse shut it off but left it hanging. Few minutes later another nurse came in and was going to turn it back on. Then upstairs the doctor wanted to give me another antibiotic and I told him I was allergic to it. The nurse came in and gave it to my in the IV anyway. So I had another allergic reaction. Instead of getting better I was getting worse by the minute. I told the nurse I needed to throw up and she completely ignored me when I asked for the bag to throw up. I ended up throwing up on myself and she left me like that for over and hour. Luckily my daughter came to visit and saw my condition and she called my brother who came and took me to gulf coast hospital. Immediately at GCH I started to improve with the medications they were giving me. The care was so different. I will never go to Lehigh Hospital again!

If I could give a zero. I would. Worse hospital I've been too. Sat in the emergency room for over 2 hours with no help. They told me they only had 2 nurses and one doctor in the emergency room. This is an emergency room. How are you grossly understaffed??I ended up leaving and going to another hospital. Where I was admitted and taken care of right away.

My mom was in the ER Sept 3rd. The first man can’t remember his name but he was very rude. Holly was great. She ended up being admitted and it just got worse. Some of the nurses and aides are just plain rude. They need a little more compassion. I ended up having to take her to Gulf Coast Hospital ER on Sep 10th. They were 1000 percent better. I will never go to Lehigh Regional ever again.

I was transferred from Fawcett hospital in Port Charlotte Fl suffering from coid19 and pneumonia to your facility. When I arrived all of the personnel at select were all comforting and caring. The whole medical staff and everyone involved was astronomical. The expertise and medical knowledge of my condition and treating it was next to none. The caring of all my needs was excellent from the the doctors, nurses, CNAs, respiratory, dietary, physical therapist, and all others involved with the facility from the top to the bottom and also the personnel in the office who made it so easy arranging my arrival and departure. When I entered rehabilitation after I was released from Select I was told that I would not be there long because of the exercises and training the physical therapist had already given me. Thanks everyone involved with my recovery and for saving my life. It is a pleasure writing this review because the facility is more than five stars in my book.

Both times I’ve been to the ER here I had a great experience. We were in and out VERY quick within 2 hours. Both times the issues were resolved. YES it’s an old hospital with limited beds, small hallways, unflattering ambiance and they are NOT equipped for Trauma emergencies due to the lack of departments. BUT I’ve been to several beautiful children's hospitals with my kids and they never solve a thing for us. At least here, my son fell and had an open laceration on the back of his and he was head bleeding a lot, they took him back right away, the doctor gave me 3 different options (options are great for parents but are rarely given) and we left happy. Second time I took my son, he had hands mouth and foot disease but he hadn’t eaten anything in 24 hours and was puking… Gulf coast hospital didn’t do anything but here at Lehigh, PA Pedro Ramos gave my son an IV, medicine for pain and nausea and an anti viral medicine (which no one offered any where else) , ice cream and coloring books and extra attention. My son the next day wasn’t screaming with pain from the ulcers in his mouth, he was feeling so much better. I appreciate these people a lot. They think outside the box not just by the books.

If I could I would give his hospital 0 stars if I could. My mother was a patient here and she gotten the worst service here. When she was in ER Holding, They never helped her to get up to use the restroom my mother had to grab a blanket that she was using and pee on it they never came to help her afterward so she has to sit in her own urine for a while. Never gave her pain medication and multiple times threw out her food without asking if she was done. She also stated that the nurses in ER never came to check on her or offered her a blanket and water. My mother had to literally wait until I came with water or blanket. LITERALLY WORSE HOSPITAL EVER. I am a healthcare worker myself I never experienced anything more horrible than this place. Only best person was her attending doctor. I will NEVER recommend anyone going to this hospital.

I’m giving them three stars for now as my mom is still a patient. It’s not been a good week. Tried calling for 5 hours on Saturday and no one answers the phone. Does a hospital close? We need to be able to check on my mom. Nurses seem great but communication is minimal. Hoping for a better week coming up

My husband was discharged from the hospital today . He was in the second floor room 222 to be exact. I just want to thank everyone that had to do with his care! My husband received Excellent care. Once our family members starting calling and realized my husband was admitted to this hospital they asked me what was I thinking 🤔 because the of bad reviews. Which made me doubt for a second. But the ER nurses night shift were Amazing. Second floor you’re an amazing team. I can only remember a few names but everyone involved in his care should be recognized. Thank you Jonathan, Aaraah, Evelyn . Nurse for 07/25/2023 night shift thank you for answering all his questions. His nurse and Charge Nurse for day shift on 07/26/2023 thank you !!! and Dr. Finn thank you so very much for your time, your kindness for performing his surgery!

I can say my personal experience was okay. The time I was there was about 3 hours. The staff was extremely nice. However, I had to give this a two star for other reasons. When I first entered the hospital, there was an elderly woman sitting in a wheelchair by the entrance who reeked of urine and fecal matter. Who knows how long she had sat there. Apparently, she was waiting for someone to pick her up but no one had gone to get her. They didn't decide to clean her up until two hours after I arrived, when the stench was unbearable. The hospital itself was completely unorganized. The nurses station was covered in medical supplies. The hallways were cluttered and they were even treating patients in the hallways. One patient that sat next to me in the hallway was told by the nurse and doctor, it's possible he might have Herpes and that he would get results at the end of the week. What ever happened to doctor-patient confidentiality? The building definitely looks like it needs an upgrade and they definitely need to organize better.

From ER to OR to Med Surge nothing but comforting and caring hearts. Within 10 minutes of arrival to the ER and checking in with sever abdominal pain I was called back to a team of compassionate and caring nurses and medical techs who took action very quickly to find my problem. My appendix had ruptured and emergency surgery was needed. WOW shout outs to Dr. Finn for his love, compassion and astounding surgery knowledge. To Karen in OR for words of comfort and reassurance while prepping me for surgery alone until her teammate arrived to assist her. To Dr. Conol an anesthesiologist who removed my fears as he compassionately explained the process and gave me reassurance of life. To the med surge team: Nurse Judy, I will always remember your kind words of encouragement, instructions and comfort. Nurse Velma, your compassion and instructions motivated me each day. Nurse Dawn, your compassion was so sweet…thank you for the two hand made hot packs for my tummy. Nurse Marilyn, you were the first nurse assigned to me and I felt very comforted being cared for by you. Nurse Elizabeth, you are a gem! Your knowledge, love, and compassion helped lead me to the finish line to be discharged home! To all the doctors who checked on me in Dr. Finn’s absence, you gave me hope through your knowledge and comforting words. To everyone, I thank you so much and extend my love to you for all that you do to save lives and make people better. Patient S. Dennis #227

I had a plate put into my broken wrist. I was very nervous, it was also the day before hurricane Ian as well! I can not express enough how wonderful this hospital is and all of the people that work there! They were very professional but more importantly empathic. As special thank you to my doctor, Dr. Swizter for scheduling my surgery there. People like Albert, John, Eileen, Krystal, Darlene, Karen, Jamie and all the other doctors I came in contact with made this surgery a success and a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Lehigh Regional Medical Center to anyone.

l already made a post about this place, my EMT Gustavo was great, my nurse Cory was great. The first visit went fine, I had to come back a few days after because I had similar pain, I came at midnight and wasn’t even talked to until 3:30,I have had no vitals taken, no one had checked in on me at all and at 4:30 I had my test done, as of writing this it is 6 and I have still not gotten a bed (there are multiple open) when I asked for a bed the doctor just said “why would you need a bed, you don’t need a bed” which may be true, but they should’ve told me that before I sat in this place for 6 hours waiting for a bed, I was given Tylenol for level 10 pain and ignored my entire stay. If I wanted to feel like garbage and take Tylenol I would’ve stayed home. I have not gotten any result from my test in the hour and a half I’ve been waiting. My doctors name was Milton Smith, he did not help me at all, he yelled at me and had an attitude with every question I asked, I was ignored by every nurse, and when I asked to just be discharged I was met with even more disrespect and attitude from the nurses. The nurse that discharged me yanked the IV out of my arm and it bled for nearly an hour. I am very disappointed in this hospital, I sat in a chair for 6 hours to be told nothing, I wasn’t checked on ever, I had to call out to helped and was ignored every time I asked for anything. Do not go here, I was told nothing the entire time I was there, I was ignored, no one checked on me, no one even acknowledged I was there, the only time the doctor spoke to me was because I asked what was going on he never made the effort to come to me on his own. This was a disappointing visit to the ER. I was ignored as a patient for 6 hours straight. The chair I was sitting in was looked over as if it were empty my entire stay. Please do something about the way Doctor Smith treats his patients. And the way the nurses overlook and ignore them

Not the first time I have a bad experience in this hospital. I came in to bring my 3 year old child with a rash and the receptionist was very rude, impersonal and even went as far as to diagnose my child saying all she had was bug bites (not it, she had a food allergy). This woman Was very rude and disrespectful and when I asked for her name so I can put a complain she just denied. Very bad experience. I Hope we never have to go back there.

Although staff were good to me and prompt, the doctor did not come and talk to me before discharge. I mean what? I had many tests and he did not talk to me about any of them. He did not give me a prognosis. The problem I presented with is serious. My retina is showing symptoms of wanting to detach and the doctor never spoke to me. That is low quality care. The doctor could not care enough to talk to me. I won’t be back.

This hospital is the absolute worst in all of Lee county. I had a perforated bowel and they sent me home with laxatives. The Dr and nurse didn't even listen to me. They didn't to a C.A.T scan to see if I was blocked up or in my case already burst. What they did was cause me to have more bm flow into my body causing a massive infection. Thankfully I ended up going to Gulf Coast and they rushed me into surgery, saving my life. Don't go to this awful hospital. Go to Gulf Coast instead. It's a matter of life and death. They will kill you!

Lehigh Regional was a great experience. A group of friendly caring knowledgeable individuals who are a credit to their profession. I've had surgery at two other local hospitals but they had nothing on Lehigh Regional. If I ever require surgery again I will definitely choose Doctor Finn and his outstanding staff in Lehigh. Doctor Finn has that bedside manner that has gone by the wayside. It's takes time with you explaining the details and was never in a hurry. He also spoke with me right before surgery and called my wife immediately after. It's only been five days but at this point I couldn't be happier with the results. Wanted to make special mention of the pre-op nurse Karen. She was the whole deal, friendly attentive and concerned. While the Doctor is of course the "star" of the show Karen was the face of the hospital. I really hope Lehigh Regional realizes what a true gem they have in Karen.

This place is a complete joke. Notice I did not say hospital. Hospitals care for patients, not here. My fiance went there with Covid in September2021 they have no clue how to care for Covid patients. Evertime I called to check on him I heard something different. I asked that he be transferred and they refused. They said we can care for him here there's no need to transfer him. He was on oxygen and kept requiring more I asked that they took a Catscan of his chest to check for PE which they refused to do. 2 weeks later when they finally did the scan of course he through a massive PE. Still no mention of how they plan to fix it the doctor kept telling me his lungs are pretty bad. I asked if he was on blood thinner for the PE she proceeded to ask me if I was a doctor. When they finally decided to intubate it was too late. She's on the phone with me and casually said "they called a code in his room let me go see what it's all about". Needless to say she never called me back because at that point he was dead. I firmly believe had he gone to a different hospital, a real hospital he would have been alive today. Please DO NOT TAKE PEOPLE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE. and as for them I hope they do better for the community they serve. I'm in the Healthcare field and it's very sad to know that there are people whose lives could be saved depending in care.

I am doing my Clinical rotation here and the nurses are amazing preceptors to us Nursing Student. Especially Nurse Deann on Med Surge floor! She’s great at bridging what I learned in lecture to a hands on experience. Thank you Nurse D. for taking the time and care to teach us students. 🙏🏼

I went to your hospital over the weekend and everyone treated me great. I have lived in Lehigh Acres for 25 years and the hospital is changing for the better. Keep up the good work! I even saw on your sign that you received some recent awards. You deserve them. Thank you again.

Nurses and physicians are great! Everyone has a great attitude. The hospital is only as good as its employees, and they have far exceeded my expectations!

I found my experience here very good. The nurses are good. The hospital is clean. And, the food is good. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital and I would recommend it to anyone that needs to come here.

My wife had a surgical procedure at LRMC Friday. She expressed how wonderfully she was treated by the O.R. staff. Karen, Tony, Herb and especially Dr Conol were professional and compassionate from start to finish. Dr Chavakula saw her before and after the procedure and was very caring. We love our Community Hospital where we don't just feel like a number!!

It was so cold even my husband couldn't tolerate it. No drinks or snacks. Especially when my sugar went down during the night. Not even a Graham cracker. Nurses were very nice and helpful. No ginger ale or anything but water. We will try another hospital next time .

Staff was experienced, professional and friendly. I was very nervous but put at ease from the admitting staff all the way to the anesthesiologist and Doctor—and then the recovery nurse. Excellent experience especially since I had been dreading the procedure.

Entire staff from registration to pre surgery, to operating room staff through recovery was outstanding. The entire team was with me constantly from beginning to discharge. I have been through many surgeries and I can say without hesitation this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. I felt more like I was part of a family gathering than going through surgery. Well done!!!

They treat you like dirt no matter how nice sweet and sincere you are. I left sicker than I came in and they swore I was just fine. I had an allergic reaction to the morphine they gave me and asked for allergy medicine they told me I'm being discharged and that I can buy my own Benadryl on my way home and as they discharged me they ripped my Iv out like they were trying to hurt me intentionally I had to beg the check in nurse to be more gentle and polite and she just kept taring at all my ekg stickers with an evil smirk.

My husband had leg surgery back in March and Dr. Finn performed the surgery. He answered all of our questions. His surgery was schedule early morning and I appreciated Dr. Finn's call to inform me my husband's surgery was a success. Our nurses were great too. They took very good care of my husband. Loved the card we recieved in the mail, shows they really care.

Everyone one there took very good care of my husband he had chest pains and we did not have to wait to be put in a room. The nurses were right there for him and the Dr was really good. He got admitted into the hospital but it was for his sugar being really low,he is doing really good now. Thank you for everything you did for my husband. You all was awesome 👍

This was one of the better experiences coming here. My little one was having some chest pain and they got him back right away and started checking him out....took a bit long to get an EKG for my liking ..but it was done by two wonderful students, who wil be great assets to the nursing field....What I loved most, was the over all team work that was demonstrated that day... Kudos Lehigh ER on 05/22/23 Your staff impressed this mom!!🏆

I would give Lehigh Regional Medical Center zero stars if I could. They don't care about the patients at all. My sister is currently there and this is the 5th negative experience she is having. The patients on the 2nd floor have been without a/c the past 2 days. The supervising nurse Betsy has and attitude and refuse to move my sister to the first floor where there is a/c. Although she told me the entire hospital was without a/c, but she is lying because my sister's husband is there and the a/c is working in other areas.

I just wanted to say something about Lehigh Regional hospital. After I jacked myself up pretty bad and being in pretty bad pain for 3 hours when my Wife got home she called the VA. They told her to take me to Lehigh Regional, but I had heard nothing but bad. Well they were awesome! Got me back quick. Ived me smother than ever. Creamed me up and took care of the pain. Now seriously I'm pretty freaking accident prone and have spent enough times in the ER. They took care of me AAA 10/10. That is all Thank you and have a nice day!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walker. Unfortunately, I was not able to be present for my Dad’s surgery due to conflicting schedules, My Dad’s surgery was scheduled to be performed by Dr. Doron Finn, MD and Dr. Mario Conol on November 27th, 2023. My Dad is 88 years old and was extremely nervous knowing of the possibilities of having to go in for surgery and procrastinated, ignoring the pain and discomfort for years that he was experiencing. When the pain could not be ignored any longer, he sought out consultation, and the Doctors and Staff at Lehigh Regional Medical made the decision so much easier for my parents in following through with the surgery at this facility. On the day of my Dad’s surgery, my Mom was constantly being updated, informed and checked upon about my Dad’s progress. Post surgery, Dr. Finn and Dr. Conol sat with my Mom for approximately .30 minutes talking about my Dad’s surgery and post-surgery treatment process and just having in-general conversation, this was very comforting to my Mom and exhibited greater level of kindness and compassion that she wasn’t expecting, and she sincerely appreciates from the “bottom of my heart.” Within a few days post-surgery, my parents received a follow up ‘Thank You’ card that was signed by approximately 25 Lehigh Regional Medical Staff members to include Doctors; this very small, yet kind gesture had my Mom LOST for words and very overwhelmed with emotions. It has been 5 days since my Dad’s surgery, he’s positively recovering as expected a full recovery with a couple more weeks. Special THANK YOU to the Doctors and Staff of Lehigh Regional Medical Center for showing so much kindness and compassion towards my parents.

If I could've gave this place a 0 I would. Been here since 10:21pm is currently 1:19am and we're still waiting to get stitches for my son hand for like an inch cut. I would not recommend at all and nor will I ever be back here. I should've done like the last behind me and leave after waiting an hr.

RN Nirva and the PA tonight were PHENOMENAL. My husband has had hundreds of IVs placed and this RN did it so perfectly he didn’t feel a thing! The PA was caring and even talked with us for a little while. Great bedside manner! This is a great hospital that gets a bad rap because they are working with limited resources. The stakeholders need to invest in this gem. I hope they enjoyed their pizza! I wish we could give them more for all they do!!

I went in for severe stomach pains and thought I had another partial bowel obstruction. Turned out all I had was a blockage. When I went in, I explained I was just there a few months ago for a bowel obstruction, they took me right back and the doctor was there within 5 minutes ordering bloodwork and tests. The staff was amazing, especially Corey, the nurse who wouldn't give up putting in my IV, cause my veins roll. I have to say that everyone there was extremely attentive, smiling, friendly and had a sense of urgency in my case. I'm very appreciative of the care I received and grateful that it was not an obstruction this time. Thank you for the great care!

BEST HOSPITAL!!!! I came in and was greeted with so much respect and kindness. Liz checked me in and was very sweet and was very adamant that if I needed anything I would be helped immediately. My nurse Jerri was awesome she made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew I was in good hands, she also came back multiple times to see if I needed anything. Uriel was my tech and was very gentle when I was being tested for strep, covid and bacterial infection and when he put in my IV. Dr.Smith was great he also came back multiple time to see if I needed anything and made sure he didn’t miss anything! I totally would recommend this hospital, I had an amazing experience!

Mr Shark was amazing, and made my horrible experience surprisingly smooth. Gustavo P was very helpful and made me more relaxed and not overthink things. definitely a great asset to the hospital since there’s so many unpleasant reasons we visit the hospital. he makes the experience a whole lot less stressful.

In and out super fast. The paperwork was the slowest it felt with only about 4 or 5 minutes, then another few of waiting afterwards. The nurse practitioner Tiffany D Schoen was amazing simply to put. Listened, examined, questioned and solved the problem quickly. Other staff were just as much helpful and professional from front desk to assisting staff. The place was clean and it had a good friendly atmospheric impression to it. Easily my best experience for anything like this

I would like to THANK the entire team and shout-out kuddos and a very sincere thank you for saving my life. Also a huge sincere kuddos to both Register Nurse Jaimi and EMT Gustavo P. If the ER team did not apply promptly to provide outstanding expertise and empathy, I would not be here to write this statement. For that, I say "THANKFUL" from the bottom of my HEART ❤️ Love you all, Pamela Tyson

I had to keep asking if these were Real Doctors. Dr Martinez was not a good experience, I felt like I had to give him my diagnosis and tell him what to do to be able to help me. I was prescribed pain medicine just to cover up my problem but no help with my problem.

I do not know if being early in the morning, and again being it was on Sunday, but my experience was a great one. It did not take me any lengthy period of time to be checked in and to see a doctor. Everything was done so quickly, the entire staff’s were friendly, and courteous to me. Will I recommend this place to others, yes I will. God bless you and them all.

I came in very sick and the nurse got me right back to a room after triaging me. The wait was minimal. The nurses were nice and the doctor was nice and efficient. I left there feeling better than when I came in. They did all the necessary testing. I was so dehydrated and they gave me IV fluids and meds. I had a pleasant experience.

I came in to the ER at Lehigh regional hospital after a car accident. My care was swift and thorough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Dr. Bonnie and my nurse nirve (sp) sorry about the spelling. I was in and out in 2 hours. That’s a record for any ER. Thanks again.

Our 7 year old grandson was experiencing sever abdominal pain and we were concerned about his appendix so we took him to the ER at 3:00 am-ish and the staff treated him with compassion and were gentle with him. Everyone from the young lady checking us in to the two awesome young ladies who made him comfortable, the nice gentleman who took him to x-ray and the very kind ER doctor who talked to him like he was a part of her family. Everyone of these amazing people made him feel safe and kept him calm. They even put on cartoons for him! I truly want to thank you all for the amazing and professional care you provided my grandson. It was not his appendix. He was very constipated. We followed Doctors instructions and he was fully recovered in Two days! ❤

The staff that took care of me for a week was the most wonderful team I've ever had!! It was like each and everyone was hand picked just for me!!! Very caring and very knowledgeable about my condition and why I was there!! And after I was discharged I received a very caring card signed by all that took care of me!! I never gotten a card from the staff before and I was very surprised it made me feel special as I read everyone's signatures!! Please thank them all for me and give them all a big pay raise!!! I hope if I have to come back I will get the same floor and the same team!!! Thank you so much , Sincerely, Susan Barton💜💜

The staff at the front desk was terrible. Very rude young ladies. My grandmother was having a hard time breathing, holding her chest and dry heaving. I told the young lady we were willing to wait all night, since the emergency room was packed but I wanted my grandmas oxygen leven checked to see if she could get an oxygen mask. The young lady then proceeded to tell me everyone else in the room was waiting to be seen as well. It was heartbreaking seeing the lack of compassion. I did not ask to be seen before everyone else, just a breathing mask while we waited. She was rude and unprofessional.

I came into the LRMC overwhelmed and unable to think through clearly what I needed. The staff was kind and comforting. They understood how I was feeling and were super supportive of my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process of care I received. I was given great resources that would help me continue to heal even after leaving their care. I would highly recommend this medical center

The only reason why I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because I think they could improve the cleaning motto a lot and update many things, just look at the first machines in the hall to see all the dust and dirt accumulated in the corners on the floor; But we must emphasize that the service is very good and all the staff is very friendly.
