The doctors there are awesome!!! I met both doctors. Both very nice bedside manners.Seem Very knowledgeable I felt like I was in good hands. Super important to me. The issue is the staff. Every single time u come there the ask u do you still have the same address and your phone number the same etc. and then you go sit down and they printed out and have to come back up and sign again every single time. I was there five days ago cant they look? They give discounts for people who don’t have insurance you have to give them your paychecks. Well I got one check this month for one week. I could not get the discount because they counted that check to four weeks. I. Explained to them that was the only check I got that month. That didn’t matter. They’re not knowledgeable they have to look up anything you asked them. They’re not sure, they have to get someone else. I felt like a number. When I was called in the first room It was just like next. not even a hello how are you nothing all business and the girl just walked out of the room. The Doctors were great!

This is my moms daughter but I would like to say this office isn’t even a one star service.. terrible CUSTOMER ladies are rude , you don’t get treated like a patient. Dr blames health on weight EVERY SINGLE TIME. every little symptom. Don’t even bother making an appt you will have an appt at 2 and get checked by 4:50 … believe it or not. Waste of time. Once you are leaving there’s nobody there and you’re still waiting. It’s disgusting how they treat you here. I’ve never ever had to file a complaint but todays experience Really made me realize how poor they treat every single patient here. They have favorites. I had to call work off and a day of my time was wasted , my mom had to call pto wasn’t even able to be seen because every single time she has an appt they decide to go check her at 5 pm. SO NOT FAIR. MY MOM WORKS SO HARD and has to get pto to get checked and drs aren’t good here. They will shut the door on you and not care about your pain. They just care about money and that’s it. Always in a rush once it’s 4:50 I’ve been waiting since 2 and left at 4:59 because I was still not seen. Payed 5$ for nothing. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My blood work papers expired...I forgot to go ,they made me come back in to get another blood work order...wwhy??? Just redue it!!! Grrr then I had to get a referral for my eye Dr, and they made me come back again, I was just there a few days prior ridiculous im looking for a new dr

Waited 25 minutes before someone would check me in. There were 3 receptionist, one working I was told I would be the next to be seen, an hour and a half later I was still waiting. 4 Patients were seen first. It took another 45 minutes to see the doctor. He refused to continue giving me the medication I've taken daily for years. He agreed to half the dose. Had me sign an agreement and agreed to prescribe it if I took a drug test. Fine.. but, by this time it was hours after my scheduled appt and I was late for a job interview. I called back the next week. I was told to drop in at the lab. Go to the lab, get sent to the office. Wait 45 minutes... Still haven't been called. Touch base with reception.... I have to sit there until they squeeze me in the schedule. Save yourself some trouble, find an office that is at least honest about their policies.

They have enough chairs in the waiting room for 15 people. The room is huge and could easily fit everyone in chairs. Most of us are stuck standing for well over an hour with medical issues and this office does not care. The office is always super busy with tons of people so plan to stand for a long time. The ladies behind the counter are rude and don’t care about our well being at all. The office is dirty and the ladies are inappropriate behind the counter. The lady with the dark hair and glasses was beyond disrespectful when I asked about more seating saying “het real insurance and you can het a better doctors office” I DO NOT recommend visiting this doctors office.

I don't like the call center. It's not the people it's the setup. I need to speak to someone in the office not a person who has no medical experience. I thought I had Covid and they wanted to give me an appointment for two weeks away. I had to go to an urgent Care and pay a higher copy than my primary doctor. I did have Covid by the way.

Last two visits waited over an hour before seen. And then I get 5 minutes with the doctor. Had a question after I left that was very very important and was told I might get a call back before end of day might not. What's so hard to make a return phone call with a yes or no answer for me. Will be switching doctors and locations.

3 times i go in and 3 times I’m in the waiting room 90 minutes before I get taken back and I’m in the room another 30 minutes. For a 10 minute appointment. Only one of the girls in front seems to care. Today appointment was at 930 and they were already 6 people Ahead of us and they were behind… the start appointments at 8am… how can the be 6 behind in the first hour and a half they are open?? We rescheduled for 8 am tomorrow. Let’s see if they are behind for the first appointment of the day…. I know if we were 30 minutes late they would probably cancel the appointment, but we can sit there for 2 hours no problem. How bout a courtesy call and say we are an hour behind, at the very least??

All staff is amazing except for the office girl who works on setting you up on the women’s appointments and such. So rude! I’ve been a member for years and this new girl is just not it. Why is she setting so many people at the same time for appointments is beyond me! I used to wait no more than 10 minutes to be seen from set appointments before and now I wait over an hour to be seen! Not only that, but when you talk to her, she seems like she’s done for the day!! Get another job if you can’t deal with interacting. Hopefully they replace her or retrain her on how to attend better and schedule properly.

Dr. Babiak is phenomenal. The rest of the staff there were also extremely nice. The building is looking good and not falling apart. I live roughly 100 miles away but since I only have to go twice a year, I am more than happy to make that trip knowing it will be in a clean establishment with friendly people and a doctor who actually cares.

EDIT 2/4/21 PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If you get a lady named Carry/Kary on the phone and she is sending your referral somewhere MAKE SURE THEY ARE SENDING IT TO THE RIGHT PLACE. I have tried for 3 weeks to get my referral sent to the right office and again and again and again they have failed to do so. Dr.Ramirez lied about the issues i was having just to get me a referral at a radiologist when in reality if he would just listen to my concerns instead of arguing with me and telling me that I am wrong... i never needed to see a radiologist.. dr.Ramirez just never wanted to listen to my concerns. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If you want a money Hungry doctor that’s gonna argue you on your health, go see Dr.Ramirez! He will kick you out real quick and assign you appointments to multiple specialist with out telling you a thing about it! I had no idea i was even supposed to go see the 2 different specialist he’s got me set up with. I wouldn’t recommend any single person to ever go to this place. They do not care about you.

I have been here multiple times for my first pregnancy and haven't had any issues. No long wait. And check in easy and quick. The only thing is that recently they have become alot busier so get a schedule at that location sometimes is hard as they are booked and I would have to schedule it for the one in ft Myers which is a drive.

Wait times are insane. Over an hour. The doctor sees you for maybe 5 minutes and for four different issues, did nothing except have him fill out a 4 question form and a blood test. There is definitely a language barrier, the TV in the waiting room is at full volume so you can’t hear your name being called. This is a low end facility.

Great office staff and Drs, but their system is not good. It's difficult to get referrals and prescriptions completed. If you call by phone it's answered by a main call center for all the locations.

Great Drs. but this "business" is obviously overbooking.. a lot. It now takes 2+ hrs to see a Dr even when you have an appointment. It must be bad for these Drs too who you can hear apologizing to patients over and over all day long.

I had a very good experience today. The entire staff was very professional. Special Kudos to Dr. Lastra. Bedside manner was amazing. Working in the medical field I would say it is priceless when you find a physician who truly cares and is passionate for their career. Very pleased with the entire facility and how clean and organized everything was including lab.

The front desk can be friendly , but this is the worst doctor pratice i have been . They are total out. My Surgeon fax my preop paper , they lost it ! and i gave a second copy to the front desk lady same story ! it disappeared !! calling them is more than horrible. when you get someone they send you to someone else and line cut off !!! i don t talk about getting my result send to myself ! 2 month still don t have then First visit will be the last !! what a waist of money ! They make me cancelled my surgery because of their lack of professionalism and organisation . They are more efficient in regarding cashing your money .

They're very professional and friendly. They made me feel at home.

This facility has too many patients or not enough Doctors. When you get to see the Dr. He (Dr. Ramirez) is good, however trying to get a call back is horrible. 3 Days, several messages and promises that I'll get a call back. They made me a face time appt for 4 days later but assured me the Dr. Would call. CRICKETS. I finally went to a walk in clinic and got the care I needed. I called to tell them to cancel me as a patient and receptionist said she'll cancel my Face time appointment. She could care less of me leaving or apologize for them not calling me back. Sad. P.S. never had an issue with the pharmacy.

All personnel & medical staff are always friendly. Quick service. Phones lines can be busy but they have call back service & have always followed through. Pharmacy prices are live able. Can’t say enough about Dr. Babiak. He takes his time to talk with you & provides with other services you need. Would recommend this clinic to everyone.

My appointment was at 10:45 and at 12 (noon) I left without being seen. DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT NEED TO. please. Just a waste of time.

My husband visited Dr Babiak And was sent for chemistries and a PT Scan for abdominal pain. He has not received any calls from Dr or staff to make an appointment to discuss results. After visiting the clinic twice to see if results were completed, a receptionist told him the scan showed a thickening in the colon wall and he would receive a referral to a gastroenterologist. There has been no subsequent follow-up. I think this is negligent. A patient shouldn’t have to pester a practice to learn results. After going to the clinic to express his concern, he should be given attention. He told me the pain is spreading and my first thought was : I hope they won’t let this escalate into an emergency situation. Please help! Linda Johnson

Dr. Rod is absolutely amazing. I have been taking my daughter to see him for fillings and cleanings. He is my absolute favorite and he is SO good with her. All the dental assistants are also awesome. They’re all very friendly. I have nothing negative to say about this dentist office.

I had a 3:00 appointment. 4:45 rolled around and still didn’t see the doctor. I went to the receptionist and asked for my co pay money back. Then the two receptionists were talking about me in Spanish. Yeah they didn’t think I understood. The doctor never came out to apologize nothing. Never going back there.

Staff is excellent, my Provider is amazing, but never have I been treated so poorly in my entire life. The acting physician belittled my entire medical conditions making me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the nurse observing him treat me this way. I let him know I was feeling uncomfortable and he proceeds to refuse service and offered a refund and sent me on my way. Everyone in the staff is AMAZING for checking on me to make sure I was okay, but that is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I advise anyone to watch who you make your appointments with. You don’t tell your patients you don’t feel comfortable around them. You’re the provider. We’re paying to see you and empathizing with the patient goes a long way. Staff behind the desk very unprofessional. They do not care about customers at all! I was struggling with an insurance issue and they offered help after 45 minutes, when they could have been a bit more customer care oriented. Eventually a lady came from somewhere inside by stating she was part of the medical management staff or something like that…. She told me I could not update my PCP from Florida Blue when the insurance company had just told me the Primary Care Physician from this office was already assigned as my son’s PCP. This lady told me to come back in a month, next year, to get my son checked-up. They did not mind the 1.5 hour I wasted in that office. Worst ever experience. Doctor was great and very professional! But staff very rude. They have serious issues…if you do not believe, have a look to the rest of the reviews about the staff/office. God bless them all!

This health centre is the best that l have used ,the staff are efficient, professional and caring. Doctor Babiak is very thorough , kind and organised a credit to this health centre. The centre houses pharmacy ,labs and of course medical , the whole experience is convenient and trouble free.

The staff in the front are terrible! This is my second time being forgot about at check in waiting for there wrong doing! Hate this office!

Even when have an appointment and show up on time tend to Sit 2 hours to be talked to by Dr for 5 minutes then they rush you out.

Family Health Centers in Estero is my favorite of all the health centers. The Lehigh Acres Center where I live takes months to get an appointment. Also, even when there is no one there it still takes hours to be seen. The Estero Center is clean, fast, and friendly. Me and my daughter love the doctors there. This place is very child friendly!!!

These people are sooo snobby on the phone in person absolutely ridiculous.

My children visited the dental clinic today. Dr. Jimenez and the Medical Assistant, Sandra, were truly amazing with both of them. So sweet, patient, and professional. It was one of the most pleasant dental experiences for both of my kids.

I am posting this review to warn you. Do not see Dr. princess omenyl!! She belittled my condition and got away with it! I paid $170 out of pocket to see her and she wouldn't call my prescription refill in, and the manager even said that she wouldn't call in my script solely because she didn't feel comfortable! I have never been so belittled in all my life. I wish I didn't have to spend weeks on the phone with this terrible practice. They have ZERO standard of care. Because of this doctor and her preferences she will NOT take care of you! On top of that I had to make ANOTHER appointment with another doctor and he wouldn't send my medicine in for my GAD unless I first get blood work done. WHAT STANDARDS ARE YOU OPERATING UNDER???? I was embarrassed during my visit with Dr. Omenyl she belittled my condition in front of her nursing staff and refused to take care of me. I want a refund and I need my medicine STILL! I saw her on the 5th and I'm at home struggling because of this place.

When I went to go see Dr. Omenyl, I have never seen such bad bedside manner. I came for a prescription refill and that was it. She began to shame me on my weight saying I was about to be obese (even tho medically I'm nowhere near that weight percentile). All in all, she was extremely disrespectful.
