This
used
to
be
my
favourite
place
to
eat
in
the
entire
country,
and
by
far!
For
years,
it
has
boasted
an
incomparable
down-home
cosy,
welcoming
atmosphere,
plus
food
that
always
seemed
like
it
was
made
the
sweetest
of
grandmothers
on
her
farm,
excellent
coffee,
and
jaw-dropping
pastries,
better
than
anything
even
Tallinn
can
offer.
It
always
felt
like
a
pleasant
adventure
to
go
there
and
step
back
into
an
almost
19th
century
local
shop
feel
where
their
love
and
passion
for
all
that
is
pure
and
tasty
is
felt
in
every
step.
Many
of
these
aspects
are
still
there,
and
I
would
still
recommend
this
place
to
some
.
However,
sadly,
no
longer
with
such
enthusiasm.
In
my
last
5-10
visits
I've
felt
that
the
quality
of
the
food,
while
still
very
good,
has
slipped
to
the
just
OK
or
more
than
decent.
The
omelet
for
example
-
this
place
used
to
have
omelets
which
redefined
them,
fluffy,
full,
generous
portion
and
with
a
plate
filled
with
salad
and
other
lovingly
placed
details.
Now
they
are
flat,
mostly
without
particular
taste.
I
am
sad
to
say
that
the
omelet
I
had
at
the
train
station
cafe
was
twice
the
size,
tastier
and
two
and
half
times
cheaper
than
the
last
one
I
had
at
roheline
maja.
I
never
thought
I
could
say
that.
And
that
leads
us
to
the
prices.
I
understand
that
the
use
of
quality
organic
materials
costs,
and
I
know
that
generally
in
Estonia
the
price
-
quality
ratio
has
long
been
out
of
whack,
and
I
know
how
hard
it
is
to
stay
afloat
as
a
small
business
in
Estonia,
but
the
current
prices
at
RM
have
tipped
the
scales
of
what
feels
reasonable
and
worthwhile,
or
just
and
fair.
Pastries,
for
example,
are
expensive
in
most
places
now
but
these
still
feel
some
20%
more
than
would
be
reasonably
expensive.
I
have
left
each
time
recently
feeling
that
I
truly
did
not
get
my
money's
worth
in
terms
of
portion
size,
creativity
or
taste.
As
for
atmosphere,
it's
still
super
sweet
though
I'd
suggest
visiting
only
summertime
so
you
can
sit
on
the
back
terrace.
The
acoustics
in
the
main
hall
are
such
that
even
a
few
people
can
create
real
ear-splitting
noise
as
wood
scrapes
wood
when
chairs
move
and
glasses
clink
and
kids
yell,
it's
not
a
very
relaxing
place
inside
anymore.
So,
it's
with
some
heaviness
of
heart
that
I've
seen
this
place
slip
somewhat.
It's
heart
and
soul
is
still
visible
there
but
showing
some
weariness.
I'm
sad
to
say
I
don't
feel
any
impulse
to
go
back
again.
Though
I'm
sure
I
will,
to
enjoy
the
outside
terrace...
