Vapiano is a nice Italian restaurant. It is a quite unique place with ordering throught a plastic card. There is a lot of light inside. There are high and low chairs there. Tables are a bit small. There are plants, lights, and bottles on the table. Kids pizza was OK. Could be a bit more kooked.

My pizza was just terrible, my friends pastas were better but still pretty average. No wine on the menu (only cider and beer), self-service with a too complicated system. Never coming here again

Tasty BBQ pizza and Caesar salad was super tasty. Portions were nice. Chilly atmosphere and friendly stuff.

As always Vapiano has tasty meals. This is vegan pizza. Very light very healthy. And ofcourse despite the lightness decent taste.

Good and tasty food. We have a "hard2 time to chose what to eat, because all looks good. We have a great service and very friendly staff.

Great place where to eat. Workers are so polite. Great attitude. You can have vegan dish as well. We had a little problem that was resolved really fast. My girlfriend ordered vegan pasta. When she ate she thought that isn’t Egan cheese. I went and ask if they have vegan cheese. My girlfriend was tired and sometimes it is hard to understand what she says when she is tired. She thought that the worker didn’t hear when she said vegan pasta. Worker assured that it is vegan cheese in her pasta. So that means they have here really good vegan cheese. Definitely recommend this lovely restaurant. Will come back. Also they have a lovely terrace.

Clunky and totally not personal ordering experience. Going to a restaurant is a personal experience. Ordering in an app with no contact at all with the restaurant personnel is horrible and impersonal. We will not come back.

This Vapiano is at the usual level of "Vapiano" goodness. It's located literally in the middle of Tartu and has a decent atmosphere. Food wait time was good. 4 stars, since the ordering system is a pain in the neck - the self-checkout machines at the entrance (good idea!) did not work. Clicking any button on the screens just did not do anything. Ordering from the website worked well for me, but my friend got repeated error messages and was able to place his order pretty much by the time the rest of the group was about to receive our food. Good idea to do self-checkout in kiosk or in app, but it needs to work 100%.

Don’t take anything except for pizza! Took 2 pastas: bolognese and carbonara. Taste like plastic with lots of garlic. Also, dining in - you have to do everything from application and also bring your own food.

Many different ways available to order - 1. pick a seat, scan QR code and order 2. order through app for pickup 3. order at the screens at the entrance 4. old fashioned way. LOVE IT! Food tastes great and you can get a discount with Apollo Club.

I have dined there a few times, the first time I ordered pasta carbonara with max spices and garlic, it was amazing. But the last few times when I have ordered it there are no spices and the pasta is a bit oily. Otherwise it's a good place where to eat and the place looks nice. You will get full from the pasta and their pomegranate juice is very good and organic.

Vapiano’s new vegan pastas are tasty! Fake chicken pasta delivers on the flavour and the fresh pasta has great texture. Highly recommended! New ordering system with two machines is too slow, should add two more so customers don’t need to queue for so long!

I was here for the first time. The atmosphere was nice and calm. I had an issue with the order process because I didn't receive the SMS indicating that order was prepared and there is no option to see the status elsewhere. There was a young lady which brought us the order even though she didn't have to. For this I rate a service as 5 stars.

Many Vegan options. We took the rabbit pizza for our son, a soup and the chef's award winning pasta that lived up to it's name. Everything was delicious, atmosphere was great, food was ready quickly.

Good Italian food. Awesome that you can request food through a self service panel with English language as an option. You get an SMS notifying you that the food is ready. Ate a Spinach and Shrimp risotto from the lunch menu (8.90 euros). There's complimentary bread and garlic available.

Nice Italian restaurant, modern design. No waiters, you order all the food and drinks online with a smartphone. Pasta Carbonara was really good! Pizza was ok. But coffee was so-so.

Great place and delicious food. Beware you may leave smelling like food because they have an open kitchen.

Here is a good place with lot of dishes, but best of here were pasta and lasagna. Recommended for people that want to eat something at not expensive cost, at the same time healthy.

Fresh athmosphere, lot of youngs around. Fast order and pizza was on plate in front of us in about 12mins. Very delicious salami and prosciutto i fungi or so.

Cool idea of serving. Can’t say that it has original Italian food, but everything was really tasty. Suitable for vegetarians. Prices are average. The interior is modern and cozy. About serving: when you come in you get a plastic card. Then you may sit and look through the menu. Then you order your food in the definite window depending on a kind of a dish (pizza or pasta etc.). Your plastic card is an account which summaries all your oders. So, when you finish you go to a till/kassa and pay for your orders which were on your card.

The food was fine, especially the lasagna. The prices are moderate, and the payment process is a bit annoying.

Never ordering from this place ever again. Look at those uneven slices! Vapiano more like VapiaNO.
