Had an appointment and waited more than 1 hour without being called. The people at the reception desk told me that the doctor hadn’t arrived from lunch and that I should wait longer. I decided to leave as I believe this is not how people should be treated. Do not intend to use the services of this medical center again. I believe that might as well be their intention.

I’m not sure about the doctors yet but in terms of organization this place is rubbish. Very sick? Come tomorrow at 7 to spend a few hours in queue. Just sick? Pray you get an appointment next month.

Epitome of archaic organisation and red tape that fuels every stereotype of a public service in Portugal. You will never get a straight answer from these people, administration or clinical. They should be ashamed.

(Original) Sem dúvida uns dos piores centros medicos para recorrer , impressionante para marcar uma consulta do dia a pessoa tem que estar aqui fora ao frio 1h a 2h para então puder marcar uma consulta do dia que por sua vez so têm vaga lá paras 14h tarde , sem falar do atendimento mais simpático que tenho neste estabelecimento e sim estou a ser sarcástico. Senão gostam do trabalho que fazem faz a favor dêem lugar a quem gosta do que faz.

Não atendem o telefone nem respondem ao correio eletrónico. Médicos de família só para uma minoria. Quem quer consulta vai para a fila às 6H00 da manhã para ajudar os virús a propagarem-se e encher as urgências dos hospitais. A falta de meios não justifica esta gestão administrativa mediocre. Pelo menos conheço um utente que faleceu de doença grave, por deficiente atendimento médico: É preciso esmolar por exames mandatários a partir dos 50 anos de idade e para canalizar os utentes para consulta hospitalar. Funciona como uma rolha de champanhe que quando salta despacha os utentes para o cemitério. Uma vergonha.

Pior centro de saúde, e olhe que como imigrante sem médico de família já fui para muitos. Hoje continuo sem médico de família mas sou inscrita nesse centro, sinto até falta de quando era rotativo, cada mês me era atribuído um centro de saúde diferente. Esse é o primeiro que não atendem o telefone, nunca e em nenhuma hipótese, as atendentes de balcão já procuram despachar sem nem ouvir a demanda do paciente, hiper arrogantes que faz a pessoa se sentir humilhada. Prefiro ir na emergência do que nesse centro.

My daughter had a doctor’s appointment and I was at the health centre 30mins early waiting for the appointment time. After over an hour waiting, I went to the reception desk to speak to the one of the ladies about my daughter’s appointment and how much longer I needed to wait. She said I have to wait much longer. I waited another 30mins and went again to speak to another lady at the reception desk and explained this would be the second doctors appointment that my daughter would show up and yet not see a doctor. She wouldn’t even take my daughter’s card to confirm the appointment or check if the doctor is available. I had to leave without seeing a doctor. No one should ever be treated in such manner. Why schedule an appointment if the doctor isn’t available or wouldn’t be available. They don’t even deserve the one star

If you are thinking to call this health Center forget it, does not work! I’m my point of view this is the worse health center from the whole country.

Sempre que eu puder eu evito visitar esse centro. A recepção é uma bagunça, vejo a frustração dos utentes à espera sem informação, nunca têm informação para partilhar e a resposta padrão é "tem que aguardar, senhor". Tinha um agendamento confirmado por SMS para meu utente, mas nem com o cartão de cidadão encontraram tal agendamento. A atendente me pediu pra aguardar e me recusei a levantar da sua frente até que ela encontrasse meu agendamento. Eventualmente ela encontrou, e fui informado que a colega já me chamaria pelo nome. Foi a 1a vez que fui atendido com sucesso nesse centro, desde sempre.

A semana passada telefonei várias vezes para marcar 1 tratamento. Fui operada ao pulmão e tinha de tirar os pontos dia 03/10. Tive de ir lá e perguntei o que se passava para não atenderem as chamadas. Foi-me dito que a telefonista estava de férias. É brincadeira???? Não se admite.

Nunca atendem o telefone, pessoas com locomoção reduzida tem que sair de casa para ir ao Centro de Saude para obter resposta de exames ou saber se o médico se encontra, uma vergonha, metam pessoas com vontade de trabalhar ou arranjem alguém com responsabilidade, agora usam o telefone para falr com os familiares, vergonhoso.

Dizem tanto mal dos centros de saúde em Portugal eu no entanto venho agradecer e elogiar todo staff do UCSP desde do segurança a doutora que me atendeu! Foram super profissionais e rápidos! Bem hajam

I had a 10 a.m. appointment booked. After waiting for 40 minutes, I went to the reception desk to ask if there was any issue. This time, I managed to speak with a doctor who investigated the situation. She informed me that the doctor I had the appointment with was on strike, and I needed to obtain a new appointment ticket.
