Guys, please pay more attention to the customers and provide trainings to the shop consultants. Every time I am here, I have to "hunt" the staff as none is taking care of the consumers except when I need to pay. If the staff "hunt" is successful, it usually appears that the person is from another department or knows nothing about the devices I wanna buy. I had a horrible experience a couple of weeks ago when buying a microphone here, 30 minutes to wait for a shop assistant (the only one in that area) and unfortunately he knew nothing so we had to google everything.

Online shopping is not good because the software has design UI issues.
