I can really recommend the place. Rosa is a very friendly host who runs a great restaurant downstairs as well, where you should try the Garoupa. The location ist very good.

Lovely little hostel, 5-7 min away from the beach. It is located right above a great sea food restaurant, in a square with many other dining options and a little mall nearby. Rooms and toilets are tidy and clean and the staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Rosa, who went out of her way to arrange an extra night for my boyfriend and me, when our flight got delayed 🙂

An amazing place to stay in Carcavelos, with a pleasant host!!

Consiglio la struttura. Accoglienza super, la Sig. Ra Rosa con la sua grande ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Camere molto belle e ampie e pulizia ottima. Il loro ristorante offre qualità e piatti superlativi a base di pesce.

Booked accidentally due to lack of places in a nearby hotel, it turned out to be a hit. Rosa - the owner is a unique person - in addition to managing the accommodation, she is the chef in the restaurant next to the hotel. Despite many responsibilities and constant work, she would find time to ask us if we needed anything and to have a nice chat. She provided drinking water and small snacks. The shrimp at her restaurant were delicious! If you expect something more than a hotel atmosphere, this is the place for you. The hotel is in a great location - several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes' walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train, from where you can easily get to Lisbon or Cascais. I recommend staying at Rosa's accomodationa and her exceptional hospitality!
