Nice hotel with great location right by the train station. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was good, staff is attentive. Bonus is you also get to use the pool and enjoy the beautiful grounds at their sister property which is a easy 10 min walk from the hotel. In the evenings at the sister property, they have a nice wine and cheese plus Fado for happy hour. All included in your stay. Was perfect for our two night stay.

This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff are wonderful! Our room was amazing with a huge marble bathroom and sitting area. The daily fresh fruit and chocolates in our room were an added bonus. We loved the breakfast, too. It was a great location to walk to many nearby places. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

My wife and I stayed here for three nights celebrating our anniversary. Gilda, one of the managers of the property helped check us in and was incredibly helpful during our stay. She also provided us free port and a small bottle of champagne and some insanely delicious chocolate truffles for the occasion. The room was very luxurious with a completely marble bathroom and huge blue drapes over the windows. The bed was so comfy I fell asleep immediately each day. I think I paid about $250 a night which felt like a steal for all that we got. They provided complimentary breakfast, it is sort of buffet style. You fill out a sheet the day before listing what you want. You can get as much as you want, it was on par with other luxury breakfasts, everything was fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient. It is a 10 minute walk to the national palace and right by the train station. Maybe the best benefit of all was having access to the larger property which is a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction. There they have a pool, a beautiful garden and grounds to explore, peacocks, and a wine and cheese tasting every night along with Fado music and sometimes a magician. We had 0 complaints and would totally come back.

What an amazing place. The room was decorated beautifully, the staff was friendly and went over and above to make our 2 night stay fabulous. Customer service A+ ,especially Debra who helped us check in late one evening ! The breakfast is delicious and the location is very central to walk around Sintra. We will be back!

This hotel should be 6 star! The service is amazing, the decor and design is beyond spectacular and the location is prime within the town of Sintra and all the activity-of which we were invited to their sister property for live music and drinks the day we arrived--that too was spectacular, they have resident peacocks on the sister property and it was a beautiful time. Gilda met us upon check in/arrival--she's absolutely amazing. Top notch service and so friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. We met Carmen upon check out and she too is amazing!!! If your plans take you to Sintra, stay here for sure.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Sintra Marmoris Camelia. We stayed in a deluxe room with valley view for four nights while we explored Sintra and surrounds. The room was so luxurious (the bed was huge and the room was well appointed) and had really nice added extras like fresh fruit, a coffee machine with pods restocked daily and even a carafe of moscatel. You can't miss the breakfast, which is top-notch, or the breakfast room itself with its beautiful furnishings and tableware. The whole hotel is set up beautifully (no expense has been spared in furnishing and decorating) and is an absolute pleasure to come back to every night. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and work hard to make sure you have an excellent stay. I couldn't rate Sintra Marmoris Camelia more highly, it's an absolute winner in my books.

I recommend rooms other than the attic rooms. We had a suite on the top floor and it felt dark, was mostly bathroom, and had sloped ceilings. It was new and spotless, but there was nowhere to sit. The room would be greatly improved by including seating since you expect this in a suite. Breakfast was lovely and the location is very central. The staff are fantastic.

Service was great. Breakfast was very good. Be aware you must turn in your order the night before, this is not a buffet type breakfast. Complimentary wine was provided with the room, along with 2 pieces of fruit and chocolates at the front desk. We rented two rooms, one was on the 2nd floor and the other was on the 3rd. My reason for the 4 stars on the room is this: the 3rd floor room was 75 euros more, per night than the one on the 2nd and the 2nd floor room was by far the better room. i. e. (Walk in shower, two sinks and the very same view as the 3rd for room) That said, our party that was in the 2nd floor room did say they could hear the television from the room next door, along with the bumping around of them putting/removing things from the closet. The 3rd floor room has no other rooms next to it. That said, we were aware of the extra cost when we rented the rooms, I just couldn’t really find any justification for the additional cost after we arrived. I say this, not as a ding against the hotel. Only that others are aware and can make a well informed economical decision. If you are driving, understand when they say free parking at the sister hotel, the return walk after dropping the car off is minimal, in my opinion. The drive over however can be quiet eventful. GPS is a must, in order to get there and it still may take 2 or maybe even 3 trips around town before you truly learn exactly what it is that Google maps is trying to communicate.. 😁😁
