You'll need a car to go anywhere. There is groceries store next to the hotel. Overall, very attentive and caring staff. Our flight landed late due to delay. We checked in around 12:30 past midnight and check-in was quick. Room was ready with pullout side. Breakfast was very efficient and hygienic. Most things were automatic, such as pancake maker would pour the batter and cook on a wheel. Fresh and touchless concept. Jams, chocolate and honey were press of a button. Eggs were boiled in a shell. Coffee was made in a machine with variety of choices. Overall, checkout was smooth and staff was very responsive to any request.

When I first booked my stay, I was a bit skeptical and hesitant. I haven’t stayed at an IHG for close to 15 years. I was on the fifth floor. The hallway carpet leading to my room was not desirable. The front desk could be improved on to make it more inviting. The room however was clean. The bathroom was shiny. Breakfast consisted of a good spread. Fresh bread, cheese slices, deli meats, fresh fruits, spreads, etc. plenty of parking from the lot as well as the front area. Even had handicap parking spaces. There’s a grocery store right next door. A mall a few minutes away with a food court with many good options. The location was convenient. Although it is technically in Porto-Salvo. Staff works really hard to ensure a smooth stay.

This hotel is weird. I stayed there in the beginning of November, and there was no air conditioning on. My wife and I can't sleep unless it's really cold, and it wasn't. The people at the front desk are also kinda weird. They seem not to care much for.tou needs. We don't plan to stay there anymore.

Nice location and even with surrounding works hotel room was quite quiet. Clean and cozy for a passing trough stay, they are offering free parking.

Very nice staff and very clean rooms! Surely recommended! +/- 20 min from the ocean. Easy to get an Uber or you can rent a car from the hotel!

Staying for one night only. The room is clean. Thank god there is coffee/tea making facility. Bathroom comes with a bathtub and generous amount of bath gel and shampoo. You have to be careful though getting in and out of the bathtub.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

Good rooms for the price you pay, but no facilities in the hotel. Hotel bar closes quite early, breakfast was disappointingly basic.

Rooms are good and clean, but the staff working there are not so friendly. The breakfast options are horrible with no major warm food. Fruits, bread, sides, etc are all limited and cold. No response when we ask for anything from the people working there. Pretty disappointed with their BF options. In terms of Pros, pretty well located, plenty or parking and clean rooms.

Nice hotel closer to Sintra side . Rooms are decent. Air conditioning average . No mini fridge in room . Breakfast is OK, but not a big selection . Staff very friendly . Should be cheaper for what you get .

Rooms were clean and adequate. Beds weren’t particularly comfortable and the pillows were very thin. Plenty of parking and free use of the gorgeous gym next door. A great Lidl next door, but unfortunately no mini fridge. Breakfast was included, but not a great variety of options - a pancake machine, some cereal, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. Location was within a 30 minute drive of everything - downtown Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra and airport. Overall a good budget hotel.

I didn't have high expectations for a holiday Inn as in my country they're usually pretty awful. However this room was not only cheap but amazing, a small desk, TV, lovely comfortable bed and mood lighting in the bathroom. WITH A BATH! To top it off we had the most amazing and attentive staff who were so lovely. It was also right next to a Lidl so amazingly convenient. I would have liked a mini fridge or something to utilize but we did have a kettle for tea/coffee/hot chocolate. I had to book this on the night so I wasn't expecting much but honestly wish I stayed here instead of the airbnb I booked. The walls are a little on the thin side though (but so was the air BnB I stayed at earlier in the week - which was much more expensive).

I visited Oeiras at the end of October. I arrived early for check-in time but the very friendly receptionist offered me to have breakfast while checking the availability of a room, which I thought was great because it had a variety of goodies. My stay was pleasant, I liked that the room had different types of pillows and the bed was comfortable. There is a great supermarket next to the hotel, but unfortunately the room does not have a fridge. As it is not so close to the tourist attractions, I depended on Uber to get around.

Truly amazing staff where no request is too much trouble. The property is getting a bit tired and needs a refresh but the attentiveness and friendly staff make the experience of staying here a great experience.

Rooms are basic but clean . Could not open the window. Mattress not very comfortable. Breakfast fine . Cost effective hotel, you get what you pay for. 15 mins wall from lagoas business park. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good. Neat and clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing is the location. You need to take taxi or Uber for everything. If you want to go to Sintra take Uber.

Not great experience in this hotel. Rooms clean but rather used. Window from room super dirty. No iron table available and breakfast with limited choice. I would expect more for 110 EUR/night.

For the prices, its grand! Other similarly priced hotels are significantly worse. Staff are fabulously friendly and helpful, breakfast and parking is included which is grand. A bit far from downtown lisbon but still a great stay!

Quality/price ratio is very high. The lost stars are for the room lacking a fridge, no 24/7 reception staffing, the location being a bit depressing in terms of view, and the breakfast lacking vegan and gluten free options: just the fruit. There are many restaurants at walking distance. Place is tidy and quiet.

I did not have high expectations from this hotel as it has only 3 stars. Nevertheless, I was very positively surprised :) The stuff was very friendly and let us go inside the room earlier than check-in time. They also arranged a taxi for us at quite uncommon hour. Apart from that I enjoyed nice breakfast and very pleasant room :)

This is an awesome Holiday Inn. Staff is super friendly. It's not near the airport but the Holiday Inn close to the airport looks a little sketchy.

The hotel is super far away from Lisbon airport. We booked 3 rooms and the AC did not cool the rooms all night. The windows barely open so we felt like a sauna when the temperature outside was a nice 70F. Breakfast was blah. For the lowe price the hotel is decent but i wouldnt pay more than $70 a night.

Friendly and clean hotel. Perfect for a short stay when you travel. Breakfast availability was a bit small but good. Room modern and clean. I can recommend it. Give a like when it was helpful for you.

Amazing place. Been here twice for vacations and I have no complaints. If you have a problem with your room, they help you no problem. They speak Portuguese and English. They even let you bring over some take out. They let us eat in the dinner room and use their dishes. They are amazing. If I come back, this is where I'll stay.

Nice location but the room had broken lights and shower temp adjustment knob. Also the service in lobby bar was bad because seemed that staff did not want to stand up and do their work..
