It becomes my favorite cafe-restaurant in Monte Estoril. The staff is extraordinarily kind and friendly, the foods are so healthy and delicious and the garden is so lovely and green. They have a variety of different types of herbal teas which tempts me to go there every day. Detox and Boost are my favorite teas which includes healthy Mate Chai. I highly recommend their salads and bowls if you’re a healthy person.

We loved this place! Fantastic atmosphere and so so cheap for what you get. If you’re in Lisbon, you HAVE to dedicate a morning to getting breakfast here.

I wanted to give here a nice review but we waited an hour for food that never arrived. As a tourist I was happy to wait but it became apparent that the food would never arrive. The waiting staff didn't seem up for the task, it wasn't especially busy. So overall, not very good.

I have eaten exactly 3 times at this tea room. I had a wonderful afternoon tea (full) with a rare tea from France that I have only found here. Sunday, I stopped in for breakfast. Wow—amazing food, really! The smoked salmon on bolo de caco was fresh with an explosion of flavors. Perfect! I must mention the customer service by Isabela. Poor service can ruin a dining experience, where excellent service enhances it. In this case, we receive superb service along with an amazing meal. Don’t miss this little gem of place!

I don’t understand the good reviews for this place. Incredibly rude and slow service, mediocre food at best, and overpriced. Locals who arrived after me received their meals before I even got my coffee. The smoothie I ordered was bland and salad was wilted. Maybe this place is better for tea and scones, I don’t know.

I’m so surprised that this unassuming cafe is packed with customers when we entered for lunch. The service is great and the salmon quiche is outstanding! We cleaned out our plates!! It’s not common that the crust of the quiche is crumbly and easy to cut through but at Boulan it is perfect!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Cosy and comfortable coffee shop, with affordable prices and simple food. For lunch it has salads, wraps, club sandwich and toasts, all of these with vegetarian option. Try out the cakes or cookies available, they're homemade and delicious. It's possible to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoon, specially in the sun.

I had a wrap and an açai smoothie here and they were great. The service is also wonderful. If you intend on having a healthy and tasty meal then this is the place to go!

Unfortunately quite disappointed in this place. Seems to be understaffed for a busy time of day. Order took a long time to arrive. When it finally did my croissant looked v sorry for itself. Also, nothing gluten free on menu if that is of importance to you.

Boulan is a "must" in the Estoril area. Specialized in light meals, tea and scones, it is favored by the local upper scale traditional clientele. Food and pastries are prepared and cooked on location.

Certainly understaffed which the owner needs to address. However the food and drinks are great and the girls working couldn't be nicer. Shout out to the waitress 3 shifts in who turned a bad experience into a 5 star one.

The brunch is amazing. It cost €25 for two people and it includes coffee, orange juice, yoghurt with granola, eggs, bread, croissant, and a table with cheeses, jam, and salmon. We ate until we couldn't eat more, and even made some sandwiches for later. It was delicious and totally worth it!! Very recommended.
