One word; awful. 1. We waited 20 minutes until someone brought the menu. 2. My friend ordered a fanta and they give him the glass that you see I the photo. My friend asked then to replace it. They said sorry but no action. I told the waiter again. He said sorry but no action. My friend went the bar table and asked again, but no action. I got a bit angry and asked again and finally he brought another glass but not clean again. You believe it?? 3. Another friend asked for an ashtray, and the same. She asked about 10 times to ger the ashtray finally. 4. It took about 65 minutes to get our food. The food quality was disgusting.

Nice place for a burger! A good variety of options, price is nice, staff is friendly. There are vegan options. It’s a bit tight indoor but comfortable.

AWFUL !!! Rude, arrogant manager who gave out to us for sitting down at a table, even though all other tables were empty !!! Should have seen the warning signs then & left if thats the way he treats customers. Gave our order to a waiter which bear in mind was only for 2 burgers, pointed out to him on the menu the one's we wanted but still they couldn't get the order right ! My husbands burger came out, wrong order & then approx 15 mins later my burger arrived with the explanation that there was an issue with the order, ya think !!!!!!!!!! God help them if they have more customers. Food terrible, service terrible. STAY AWAY

Gutsy burgers are made overall with good quality ingredients, but lack meat seasoning flavour. I felt the meat was overcooked and again lacking with simple pepper/salt seasoning. Its not really a complaint, 'cause the space, location, staff and Gusty branding is all very nice/professional. Only wanted for the meat which should be the main ingredient in their burgers were better. Lemonade is also really sweet. Its all about personal tastes...in the end, i'd rather a bitter lemonade or at least much less sweetened. Prices are average for this type of meal. Again, staff is very kind and professional.

The burgers are still among the best you can eat in the area and the service is good and quick. On the negative side there's the wrap that I've tried this time. It was tiny and expensive for what it was and not that healthy as it has fried rather than grilled chicken in it. Overall I have the impression that they are becoming complacent and not making any efforts to improve their offering.

I really do not know where to start. Welcoming place, i think it was Diogo who was assigned to out table . Kind and caring always preoccupied if all was alright. Surely a place to spread the word among friends. Wish you all the best . Merry Christmas to all and will be back next year if not next week😍

Excellent burgers, made with love, and you can taste that here. Try the (huge) bottle of home made lemonade, and the (huge) Gutsy burger. Amazing trip to portuguese flavors, genetically engineered into... burgers! Ask for the one with "Alheira"... you WILL return here after that one. And all the others. Great place for families dining out.

Gutsy is a burger restaurant located in Carcavelos. They sell 140gr burgers cow and chicken. They also have salmon or tuna fish burgers. Vegan burgers are also available in tofu and seitan. Burgers start around 8 euros and go to 9.90 euros but do include fries. Wraps and salads are also on the menu. To drink they have the usual soft drinks or beers but they also cocktails have cocktails. For dessert they have a nice selection to choose from. Seating is available inside and outside. Parking is paid during the day but free in the evening.

Modern and easy alongside tasty burgers. Not overloaded, yet also not a cheap rip-off burger place. Simple feel-good vibes.

Flamboyant, feastable food , which one can enjoy, whatever the age. Those who do not like Gutsy, will be not just punished, but also feel the wrath of John F Kennedy's soul, haunting them wherever they go. Pretty nice tho

Always a good place to have a great burger and gin at very affordable prices. The staff is super friendly, the music is usually fun and not too loud so conversation can flow. We come back time and time again.

The food it's great. I always choose the family one, because you can taste 7 or 8 different burgers. It's a great suggestion.

Overall fine, it just took a while to get served and they forgot to give me a fork and knife and I had to go ask The sweet potato is really tasty Burger tasted good too but I felt a bit sick after idk if is because of the meat of the burger or not since I got Gerd and gastritis I am more sensible

We were never seated, so we seated ourselves. After receiving our menus, we had to ask a waiter if we could order after a lengthy wait. Then we waited a long time for our food, which was very bland and had a strange taste. We also realised that we had gotten our main courses before the appetizers which also were lacking in flavor. After our meal we asked for the bill three (3) times before we finally got it. The prices were the cheapest we had seen so far, so you get what you pay for.
