Awful service. Not that good food. In Portugal it is very difficult to find a good franchise of anything. The french fries are always near cold, the onion rings look like they have been made on the previous week, all soaked in oil, never crispy, and the hamburgers are not garnished like in the US, they are always very poorly served with subpar lettuce and the buns sometimes are cold. On top of that, you have at this precise dinner the worst service you can think of. Stay away from this place...

I really dont even want to give 1 star.. only because I want to write something... and its my first comment ever... i am not a person who complain about restaurent and food... only i couldnt call for burger king thats why to let you guys know well... I took lots order in my past days from BURGER KING OF OEIRES 1) one day dont have paper 2) one day don't have ketchup.. 3)last time i ordered 2 batata no forne.. they only sent us 1. 4)one time they didnt send food for my dog that i ordered 5) lots of time we have just waiting for our fast food burger king ✌️like 2 hours.. like seriously.. 6) last time more than that.. i told to guy we dont want anymore That is tooo much.. Sounds like burger king of oeires comes from burger king of algarve...

To be honest I am starting to appreciate the junk food. Two stars for the bad service, 17 minutes before being served, the bad, the burgers sat on the tray for more than 12 minutes. I complained, the manager came, put his hand on the burgers says they were still warm, but if I wanted he could replace them. So not a too good experience.

They changed their wings recipe. It used to be healthy, baked, it tasted amazing and was healthy. I used to order it all the time with my friends. Now it is gone from the menu, replaced by something that gets deep fried. At least allow customers to choose.

Staff were helpful, spoke English as well as Portuguese. Unfortunately they did not have the right sauce nor cheese for the special burger they were advertising. The burger I opted for was dry and much too salty. The Oreo milkshake disgusting. My daughter enjoyed the kids games room they had. Wouldn't recommend it above the McDonald's in Portugal. Their chicken wings were nice.

Actually this restaurant seems for me the most clean and organized one. Order was fast and food warm and the fries always crunchy. All in all this BK Restaurant is my favorite.

Slow food. Been here for about 20 minutes waiting for my meal inside the car.

Basic fast food experience. People are nice. Place is comfortable and clean.

Never had any problems there. It has a nice view if you dine in and also offers a drive-through

Price is good. Time, that's the worst, taking so much time waiting to get the order(speaking about drive thru)

The food is great, but it's not fast food, the drive thru is very very slow. If there is more than 1 or 2 cars it's not worth waiting, they prioritize uber eats and bolt so you're better of going inside or not going at all.

Place is a hit or miss, if you want to eat try going on busy hours, because if you go on less busy hours like 4pm to 7pm chances are you are going to eat leftovers and it's just isn't good. The crispy chicken or anything with chicken is amazing on busy hours but on not so busy hours is extremely bad you can tell they put it on microwave and have stuff sitting there for hours. Which makes me sad because their crispy chicken can be very good

Hot the spot! I never eat fast food but was craving some fried food and a burger and this nailed it! Whopper Jr, no pickles add cheese and the Nacheese were delicious!! Not so excited about the batatas Supreme. The sour cream sauce tasted off, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is my favourite burger king in Lisbon. The burger is well prepared, warm, full of sauce andnot in rush. The ambient is calm, chill and full of families and couples. It's a good place for a date as well haha. I had a friend who didn`t like burger king and after she ate there, she changed her mind about it. my opinion: 1- bk oeiras, 2- bk colombo
