Be warned: too many amazing cakes. If you are indecisive it may take hours to order. Friendly staff. If you want a cake and a coffee, your can't go wrong.

AVOID Disappointed, we came for breakfast and asked the menu there were page Toast. So we asked 1 with scrambled eggs and 1 with fried. They brought us just eggs without bread and when we asked they brought it (was charged additional). So 2 eggs plate+bread+2coffee+1cake=18!!€ One of the most expensive breakfast in my life

Lovely spot with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The cakes are amazing and I had difficulty choosing from them. I ended up having chocolate cake and orange juice. The price is also reasonable.

Very nice coffee restaurant. The house bread toasted with butter was amazing, with one expresso and that good view they have, make it just a perfect place to start the day. I recommend getting there early in the morning or get a reservation otherwise you may need to wait a little.

Young owner needs to have a better attitude with her customers. I asked if they had WiFi and was answered with a big no and a total attitude like “I am tired of this question” - Free WiFi is a common thing in business specially in tourist areas, it’s called customer service. Then there were cookie bags on a display basket on the counter and I started reading the labels to see what the flavors were and was told by her not to touch it 😱 If you are concerned about people touching the bags for sanitary reasons, don’t display them, put them BEHIND the counter. After a wonderful visit to Sintra left with a bitter taste in my mouth. You should learn how to treat you customers with the respect they deserve, be pleasant and cordial. You are a disservice to your own business. Will not be back or recommend it to friends.

Coffee is terrible, watery, bitter and too hot. If you are looking for a good coffee, don't come here. However the cake is good.

One of my favourite places in Sintra, excellent setting outside. Try the bife de casa, its a must!
