is
a
nice
little
surprise
in
Sintra.
This
is
a
very
good
contemporary
restaurant
situated
along
Rua
Doutor
Alfredo
da
Costa,
just
a
few
minutes
from
the
rail
station.
They
are
open
from
12pm
to
12am
daily
(closed
on
Wednesdays)
and
have
a
fair-sized
indoor
seating
area,
a
few
seats
outdoor
and
a
wine
bar
next
door
as
well.
Reservations
during
peak
meal
times
is
recommended.
We
had
dinner
here
during
a
recent
stay
in
Sintra
and
very
much
enjoyed
everything
served.
Padron
pepper
starter
was
a
good
way
to
begin
our
meal.
The
Octopus
with
spinach
and
roasted
potato
main
was
very
good.
Even
better
was
the
guinea
fowl
with
Chevre
and
beets
risotto,
a
dish
we'd
gladly
reorder
the
next
time
around.
Dishes
were
presentable,
fresh
and
demonstrated
good
skill
in
the
kitchen.
After
mains
we
tried
two
desserts.
The
70%
Cocoa
Chocolate
Fondant
with
Raspberry
and
sorbet
was
nice,
good
for
the
chocolate
lover.
More
interesting
and
enjoyed
was
the
Incomum
signature
Olive
Oil
Pudding,
pineapple
sorbet
&
carpaccio
served
with
a
bit
of
Azores
Cheese.
This
one
challenges
your
pallet
a
bit
while
tasting
really
nice.
Give
it
a
try
if
you
are
feeling
a
bit
more
adventurous.
Overall,
we
found

to
be
a
really
good
restaurant
in
Sintra.
This
is
a
place
we
would
gladly
return
to
again
the
next
time
we
are
around.
