The hôtel is very nice and clean. We stayed for a week. Lots of closed space, small balcony with view to the pool and ses. They came to clean the room every day. We had two soap dispensers but they were empty. No one filled them even after we requested. The light in the bathroom was broken, no one came to fix it even after we requested. Very noisy street. There was a dog barking during night and day. They have paper thin wall so if you are unlucky and your neighbours are noisy, it's impossible to sleep we hear everything. Breakfast is OK. Was expecting a bit more for the price. There is a Lady who has to serve everyone alone. She is very nice and Friendly but poor girl has to serve the whole room alone. We waited 30 mins until we had our table set and got our Breakfast. The guy who cleand the dishes (tall white guy with Brown hair Tiago I think) was not Friendly at all. He talked really bad to his colleague, in front of guests. He was rude to her and to us. We asked to have the table by the Window and he gave us the worst eyeroll and was very rude. He screamed at the "cafeteria Lady" (I don't know her name). The day before the last day, in the evening he was at the front desk. I was talking to him and he never looked at me Once. Very rudly said "Mhm" looking at his phone or whatever. And just for this, I won't be going back (that is why I chose one star) it's incredible and inadmissible to act like that with customers and with colleagues. The rest of the staff was very nice and Friendly. Especially the first guy we saw at the front desk (smaller tanned guy with dark hair).

Excellent price/quality ratio and an absolutely great location ... quiet yet centrally located in Estoril. It's a private house that was converted into a hotel with underground parking and pool. The staff there was helpful and was happy to change our room, when we decided to change. Worth the stay and surely a place I'd go again.

Very clean, good location/distance to the train, beach, restaurants and casino (approx. 8 min walk to all). However, it is about 30 + minute train ride/car ride to Lisbon city. Nice to have the option of the pool and a beautiful garden. However, they randomize room assignment to their guests and some rooms are EXTREMELY small. My bathroom had no towel racks or counter space at all. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating. They were not helpful with advice on things to do for tourism or how to get to places. They seemed agitated/annoyed when they had to speak to guests.... (?). No smiling whatsoever or ever asked how our stay was; even at the very end of checking out. They also hit you with a "tax fee per person" of 2 Euros per nights stay when you arrive and check in. The breakfast provided daily was sub par and again, the woman who puts out the food was very strict and unpleasant. There was no cooked food or toaster oven or any change in food each morning (bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, some meats and hard boiled eggs). The air conditioners also did not work very well and it got warm throughout the night. They wouldn't allow me to fill my water bottle from their machine or take a coffee cup off the table to fill to go from breakfast.... They provide no lounge chairs to relax by the pool and the "bar" was desolate and very uninviting.

Firstly Hotel is spotlessly clean. Although it is very much Portuguese with its tiled corridors and has a very nice wrap around Garden . The swimming pool is a major bonus and the Hotel should advertise this more . The deep end being 2.4 m . I did request a room on the 2nd floor which was promised and after arriving in a non air con train at 40 degrees plus . I wasn’t happy to be to be given a room on the 1st floor . It’s a family run hotel and perhaps the language barrier maybe was less friendly than it should have been . The sound proofing was non existent and to be awoken by the man in the next room coughing his guts up in the morning was unpleasant . However overall I would recommend this Hotel for the large and clean room and bathroom. With the bonus of a pool . Remember never use a Lisbon airport taxi .

Lovely vintage hotel in Estoril with a fine breakfast, beautiful pool, great service and underground parking. Easy walks to the beach and local eateries as well as close to Cascais. Beds , pillows and linens fresh and comfy. Stunning grounds and safe neighborhood.

I absolutely love this little hotel! Very clean, beautiful views, awesome neighborhood. The room is large and very clean. You can see pride of ownership. Heading down to the breakfast now, pool area and pool are awesome! Walked up to small corner market and bought a bottle of wine and a few beers. It’s not the 4 seasons, but if you need that, you might be in the wrong place.

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights. We found the hotel to me clean, good facilities with staff that were welcoming and helpful. The addition of a garage was much welcomed as we didn't need to worry about the hired car. We felt the location was perfect as we were able to use the public transport to get around with ease. We would happily stay here again and recommend.

Rooms quite basic. BF very good. Very central, near RW station.

The problem with this hotel is the noise. You can hear everything from all the rooms around you. Clear conversations, walking, flushing toilets. In addition there is a large construction site directly across from the hotel. Forget about using the pool during working hours. Loud construction noise make it hard to relax. Wifi is trash. The breakfast served is sad the staff seems annoyed by everything. The only one star about this place is the location and proximity to the beach.

In my personal experience, this was a 4 star experience with no doubt. Since the moment we arrived until the moment we left everyone was super polite. The hotel is clean the facilities are great for a night cannot complaint. Beautiful traditional style.

Lovely old renovated villa with a very refreshing pool! Quiet, easy to get to other places and the beach. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We stayed there with our adult son and would definitely recommend! And the price was right! Definitely a hidden gem.

This is a great traditional Portuguese hotel. Clean spacious rooms & typical continental breakfast which again was good. This is a value hotel (2 star) but worth every penny. I would recommend to anyone on a budget but expects high standards

This family owned hotel was perfect for my 2 night stay in Estoril while attended my friend's birthday party. It was July, very hot in Lisbon and the AC was great. The breakfast was delicious and all the family members I met were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sr Joaquim, Filipe, Susana, Tiago, D. Alice and D. Patrocinia. I highly recommend their hotel.
